Excellent company run by the Ellisons, awesome Christian core values. I buy keys, tape, and other stuff here as my way (of many) to serve the Lord and make it known. Go here more often, though this location is sometimes a hit and miss for available product. They have been working on improving their customer service and staff training as well.

I just spoke to one of the girls from the door installation department and she was very very helpful, I had called the Lowes from my area earlier which had told me they don't sell mobile home sized storm doors but I was very happy to hear they actually do! Thank you for your help and great customer service (:

Ordered patio funtinure and choose for it to be delivered. The drop off window was 4-8 so I got home at 350 and my order was left right in front of my garage with no care I'm only one person. How am I supposed to get these items to the back yard. This is why I choose delivery! I've always ordered stuff from home depot and figured I'd give lowes a chance. Obviously a bad choose on my end. Never again will I order from lowes and will just cancel my lows credit card.

After having spent thousands at this store they will not allow me to return a pond form that did not hold up. There's a 90-day return window and they did not tell me that when I purchased it. After having spent that much money I will not be back.
I found some cushions that had not been used that I had the receipt for and went to return them and they refused to take them back even though they were in perfect condition and had clearly not been used and had been stored well. I purchased them more than 90 days on ago and they refuse to take them back. Once again don't shop here. The customer service is terrible. The plants are not as good as they used to be. The return policies are ridiculous. And the staff is poorly trained and disorganized

I recently visited the Lowe’s paint department with my 8-year-old daughter, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Esteban, Eric, and Prisila. From the moment we entered, they greeted us warmly and took the time to answer my daughter's curious question about how paint is mixed.
Not only did they explain the process in a way that was easy for her to understand, but they also went above and beyond by walking her through the entire process and even letting her hammer the can closed with the mallet. The look of wonder on her face was priceless, and it's a moment we'll both cherish forever.
Their patience, enthusiasm, and willingness to engage with a young mind left a lasting impression on us both. My daughter walked away from the experience feeling inspired and excited to learn more. As a parent, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing your child's curiosity nurtured and encouraged.
Esteban, Eric, and Prisila truly embody the spirit of exceptional customer service and genuine care for their customers. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience they provided, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the Lowe’s paint department to seek out their expertise. They are true gems and deserve all the recognition for the wonder they bring to young minds.

We always come here and have found the staff very helpful! Just yesterday one staff member helped us salvage an old sprinkler part and help guide us on exactly what we needed there after!
