This has been said a dozen times - But here it is again. Management and maintenance crew is unmatched. Mr.Luckey and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. They make you feel like family. If you're looking for a clean, affordable (as affordable as it can get during this economy) and to feel well taken care of, this is the place for you.

New to the property. Our experience is amazing. The staff are very friendly. This property is well maintained inside and out. The gym is clean and functional. But that pool is priceless, two BBQ grills, plenty of seating, and a fire pit for chilling and grilling.

Update: 5/2023, Unfortunately I had to relocate to a different area and absolutely hated to move from this complex. The management and maintenance crew are the best I have ever had to associate with. The complex is always clean and pristine. The pool was always clean and inviting. If I ever have the opportunity to need to live North of Denver area again I will definitely move back. Where I had to move to does not even hold a candle to Echo Ridge. If you need to move North, move here. You won't regret it. :)I have lived here over 2 years. The maintenance crew especially Tim Luckey the Maintenance Supervisor, has been especially wonderful. He has helped me immensely. Being disabled has its challenges and thankfully the whole crew, including management Nichole and Amanda have been God sends. Maintenance is alway taken care of in timely fashion. If it were not for Tim Luckey I would have moved last September, but I do not want to leave with such wonderful customer service and care from the management Amanda and Nichole as well.

If you are interested in getting your car broken into or your catalytic converter stolen or dealing with dog poop all over the premises or your mailbox getting broken into then this is the place for you. I've had my mailbox broken into several times. Few of my neighbors have complained about their catalytic converters being stolen. I've notified the office they said they were going to put cameras up and never did the only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy he is very nice. And on top of it, they raise the rent. my girlfriends car got broken into. I wish I could upload all of the videos and photos I have so people can see. I would move somewhere else if I was you, I will be leaving at the end of my lease.

Took our large application fees (almost $50 each) and never got back to us. Office never picks up the phone and overall seems highly unprofessional. Glad we didn't get any further I'd hate to see how we'd be treated as tenants. Its been over two weeks and I've received zero information from them. Save yourself the headache and the money.

Great place to live but the rent is high like everywhere in Colorado. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great very helpful caring about very issues that I ever had they always seem to get it figured out for me thank you.?I have lived here for 8 years.I wanted to add that the maintenance manager Tim goes by (Lucky) he is the best maintenance manager that I've ever had in any apartment I've lived in and I've lived here for going on 9 years might be a little longer so thank you.

BE WEARY.Stick with me till the end of this review. You'll want to.I honestly have never left a review for anything before in my life, but after experiencing this management, I need to. I took over my friend's lease in March and wasn't introduced to any of the staff or been issued a welcome email containing information about who maintenance was on the property and who works there - whatever, who really cares. That was until I was working from home when all of a sudden a strange man whom I have never met before comes pounding, yes pounding, on my door demanding that I let him in. No, this is not an exaggeration. I asked him who he was and he was physically upset with me that I was not letting him in my home after giving me NO INFORMATION about who he was or why he was there. I was not given any notice either that someone would be coming to my home. I guess there was a water leak that needed to be addressed and he was part of maintenance but he didn't even communicate that to me.When I asked him to show his badge, he frustratingly whipped out his phone and called the front desk stating "This lady won't let me in her apartment because she thinks I'm some intruder or something." Comforting - I know. Once the lady from the front desk showed up at my door - she was very kind and apologized for his behavior. But unfortunately, we are only getting started.Upon my fire alarm breaking and being left going off for over 24 hours with no one from maintenance caring to repair it - my move out costs were the most comical part of living here.My roommate and I had left the place in great condition. She was an engineer and even took off of work to paint over the entire apartment, vacuum, and leave everything just as we left it. When we received our Deposit Disposition - my roommate was expecting to get her deposit back. They had charged us for things like painting touch-up fees for $60, two unit cleaning fees for $100? (why they were not charged together, I don't know), carpet shampoo for $65, drip pans for $20, trash for $70, the list goes on.Long story short - there are so many other, nicer apartments in the area that won't rip you off like this and will feel more welcoming. I recommend you apply there.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This new company is very inconsiderate of peoples situations. Especially during the current times. They are quick to make sure they get what they need. But when residences needs stuff they take their time.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! There's a lot of crazy people, I live in the first floor building then all of the sudden the roof starts leaking. My building is F and everyone in this building had there roof removed.... Also the water that was leaking was actually toilet water. And the guys who try to fix everything brought all these machines to my apartment, also had to argue with the apartment manger that was super crazy!

I generally don't like to leave reviews, but I am this time. I have lived here for a few years now. This is the 3rd property management company that I have seen come through--and, unfortunately they're not very good. They aren't very professional and seem to be out of the office more than they're in the office. I get that sometimes emergencies come up and potential new tenants arrive for tours, but come on...not every day, and not for hours on end! They have also just recently decided to stop accepting packages for the residents, however, they have said that they would be willing to give the people delivering packages a key fob to gain access to the buildings, which would be great, but the office staff generally aren't readily available to do so! The office personnel seem less professional and also more unwilling to be of assistance than any previous management this community has had, as they are less service-minded and more about sitting in the office and taking my money! Also, I'm not the only person who takes issue with the new management, but I'm probably one of the only ones who will take the time to write a review. I'm not sure that I want to stay here any longer than I have to...

Be aware that management recently changed, so look for the most recent reviews when evaluating whether you would like to live here or not.Cons:1. Payment Portal - Minimum fee of $2.95 to use your bank account # and routing information. For most rental, utilities, or other payment platforms you will not receive a fee if you use bank account information. The higher end of the fee spectrum is around $40+ to use PayPal and another payment option is around $40+ which is ridiculous.2. Package Delivery Updates: You will now need to call to inquire if you have a package in the office or not. The previous management let you know. Definitely appreciated that. When I walk into the office building I now see packages in the lobby. I think this is a result of people not being aware of packages that have arrived.3. Additional Fees - In addition to rent you will be charged close to $100 for water, sewer, maintenance upkeep, and few other fees. I wasn't aware of these fee upfront, so be sure to take that into account when estimating and comparing living costs.4. Interior Smell - The enclosed walkway interior does smell like a mixture of smoke and other bad smells. Your apartment itself smells fine.5. Noise - The walls are thin and there are three floors with four apartment units on each floor, 12 different households in one building so you're bound to overhear something at some point. If you're on the second floor, you will be able to hear the people below, above, and on the same side as you. You will hear your neighbors dogs. You will hear people have loud fights. You will be able to tell when people have parties. That being said, most of the people quiet down at reasonable hours.6. AMC LLC (new Management) vs. Griffis Blessing (old Management). AMC has a lot of negative reviews from renters (on BBB) and the people who work for them (on Glassdoor). Griffis Blessing on the other hand has fewer negative reviews and the staff who work for Griffis Blessing are on average happier to work there. Based on this alone, I could see things declining a bit in terms of cost-cutting while raising rent. Typical practices when change of management occurs.NeutralManagement Staff - Haven't had too many interactions so far, but they have been responsive to me when I have interacted with them.Pros:1. Great Maintenance Staff - Definitely love the maintenance staff and am glad they stayed despite the change in management. They're always on top of it when there's snow. The sidewalks will be clear in a reasonable amount of time too. They're quick to answer calls, when we've had a maintenance emergency they've been there within a few minutes.2. Good sense of community among the people here - Been helped out a few times by people in this apartment complex community. So that was nice. I feel pretty safe here, and most of the people are chill and/or friendly.3. Price - Around 1500/mo total for a two bedroom unit is reasonable compared to other two bedroom apartments in the area. Now that management has changed I'm not sure if this price still holds.4. Apartment itself - The apartment is pretty decent aesthetically.Keep in mind that the appliances are a bit older, and the heating and cooling may be inefficient. The energy bill can be around $150-200/mo in the summer if you use AC. My washer and dryer are okay. The washer isn't very good at draining all the liquid, so it will take a few hours to dry the laundry because of how damp the clothes are.

This is a lovely place to live. The maintenance staff is extremely reliable and helpful with the requests I have submitted. The apartments are updated and the best part is that every unit has its own full size washer and dryer.

On top of this being a great location to live and raise your kids, the maintenance staff are always very friendly and ready to help with any needs you might have. Not to mention how immediate and punctual the staff working here are. Every service they’ve provided feels tailored to you.

I wanted to say I am thankful for the new owners and staff here at Echo Ridge. They are working hard to provide us who live here a enjoyable living community. We all have to be accountable for our own living experiences. Like packages ..if you are getting one in the mail check your tracking # .. this is not their job to tell you when you have packages They are doing their best to keep everyone happy which is in possible. So if we all pull together and give them time . Go up and meet them ..Danielle and Sydney and amazing and are trying very hard!! Last year yes the pandemic was going on but we had a pool party. And had free food ..who called them and thanked them??

This place went under new management and its already going down hill. You don't get an email when your packages are in you just have to hope they are in. They charge you 10 dollars to use their portal and 27 dollars to use a credit card in their portal not to mention you also pay again 3 dollars every time you use THEIR portal to pay rent every month with your checking account. I know the new management is still working things out but this is madness. But the maintenance is friendly, quick and get the job done. The place is clean and pet frendly.
