This store sells printer ink $22 dollars more in store than it does online (online was $88). As far as I am concerned they are running a scam. Why would a store charge a significantly higher price in store than they would online? If you pay what it says, you get scammed when you could have gone to Walmart and got the same printer ink for $84 dollars in store (not online).

I had the best experience getting some 11x17 prints done in this location. The man who helped me was super efficient, listened to what I needed and printed exactly what I wanted. He made sure that I was satisfied with what was being printed and paid great attention to the details of my order. I had previously gone to the Office Depot in the Central Park area and they were terrible, and I came out with prints that weren't good quality. My experience in this Thornton location was the exact opposite. Highly recommend getting your prints done here!

The Office Depot had the merchandise I needed, plus more. The clerk who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, and treated me like a valued customer. It was a great experience.

Toodle, in the print center, was so incredibly helpful, sweet & patient with me (I'm not much of a computer person... ?)! And, with the coupon I had, my print job was significantly less expensive than anywhere else.

Peter, Alex, Freda, and others - all were cordial and helpful. The pricing and the computer didn't always match. I was given the lower price that was at the shelf, which I like. Thank you Office Depot!Ian was very helpful recently in helping to locate some things. (March 2024)

I just recently retired and returned to Thornton after spending ten years in Alaska. I shopped at Office Depot before I moved and was glad to see that the store and service had not changed upon my return. The store experience was higher than my expectations. I would recommend Office Depot to anyone that needs these kinds of products.

I have always found this particular store to be a positive experience. The associates have continually been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It seems the managers are always present, knows what is going on and has, on numerous times, given a discount to me when appropriate and this has been over a period of a few years with different managers. This shows me the company not only has great training but employees that care about the business as well.

Copies were super cheap .14 cents! I ordered & paid online so I was able to go pick them up at the online ordering station without having to interact with employees, which was nice because they were all helping customers when I came in. It would've taken me exponentially longer to retrieve my order. In & out in 30 seconds. Love that!

I had went to a competitor of Office Depot, couldn't find the product I was looking for, and there was nobody available to assist me and answering questions. I drove a couple of blocks away and found Office Depot where the experience was completely completely the opposite. Great service, friendly support and I was able to buy the product I needed.
