Iván. B is one of a kind salesman, I have always had a hard time going to dealerships I never felt heard or like they actually cared about what I wanted in a vehicle; all they were focused on was the money. Then with Ivan I felt I was being heard and he was willing to help me find the vehicle of my dreams. I appreciate all he has done for me and making my search for my perfect vehicle easier. (RUN STAY AWAY) This was the most disappointing visit to a Dealership that I've ever have experienced. The Truck I was interested in had a Blow'n Engine. Why can't they verify their inventory before listing it online. Totally Unprofessional!! MD-

Wish I could give ZERO stars!Absolutely horrible!!! Do not recommend. I found a vehicle online for my daughter. We went in the next day to look at it. The inside was dirty, they told me the vehicle was just traded in earlier that week and they needed to clean it. I ended up test driving the vehicle and due to the time told Leo (salesman) I would be back in the morning because I was interested in buying the vehicle. When we showed up the next morning, they said someone just came in wanting to purchase this vehicle but they didn't. They went on to tell me this vehicle still needed to go through their 137 point inspection, but it would be best if I started filling out all of the paperwork to ensure that no one else came in to purchase the vehicle. I told Leo that we would really prefer to wait to see if it passed inspection, they insisted that we needed to do the paperwork because more than likely they were going to sell it if we did not purchase it. Unfortunately I went through the whole process of purchasing this vehicle out of fear they would sell it. I continued to ask what would happen if the car did not pass the inspection, they said oh don't worry it won't hurt your credit, and we will completely wipe out the whole sale. A few days later, I had to reach out several times to see if the car passed inspection, finally, I got a call from Leo that the vehicle did not pass inspection. I asked him what the next step was and he said he would get with their finance guy Hector, and have him refund the down payment and cancel the loan. A few days later, I had to call back and speak to Hector because they still had not processed my refund for the down payment. Hector said he would take care of everything else. 3 weeks later, I called the bank and they told me I still had an open auto loan on the vehicle, I spoke to the customer service and told her what happened. She said 2 days ago the dealership received full disbursement of for the loan (weeks after they were supposed to cancel the loan). They never unwound the loan and it's still appearing that I have an auto loan out for the vehicle!! So the real question is, what are they doing with this loan money for a vehicle they ended up not being able to sell?!

Do not take your vehicle to this horrible dealership!!! Made appt for a vehicle drop off was told I'd have my vehicle in couple of days never heard anything so I called to be told my truck was still sitting and waiting!!! Most horrible customer service experiences!! Hopefully a reputable Dealer will come in and take over this poorly ran dealership! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER!!

I brought my truck here for some recall and warranty work. Everything moved along a lot quicker than expected. I had my truck back in just a few days. They even had to order some parts they did not have on hand. I received exceptional service from Mark, Dan & Miranda in the service department. I will be bringing my vehicle here for all future maintenance and warranty work! Thanks O'Meara Service Department.

My service advisor Eugene was very professional .... even at 5 o'clock on Friday, he was genuine \u0026 pleasant! I ran into my salesman and he was also very pleasant, charming and genuinely happy to see me ! I will continue to service my other 3 ford's at O'Meara and definitely purchase my future trucks there. I brought my vehicle in for a repair and asked to have the recalled part I had been waiting for over 3 months on - which I was never called about that it was in - installed, as well. I had brought the vehicle in previously 3 months or so prior for 2 recall repairs but only 1 was done because they were waiting on parts? When i called in for this repair, I was told they would try to get it done because they had parts now. I even left my car there overnight and the whole next day to ensure it was also done with the repair. That recall part did not get done. I was told maybe in another 2 weeks because they didn't have time. Then when picking up the vehicle, I waited 10 min for someone to even come to the desk. Had to walk around facility to find anyone. I checked out and waited for my car to be brought around. About 15-20 minutes later, I asked where my car was and was told it was running and behind the fence on the other side of the shop. I had no idea it was there. Didn't even know customers could go behind the fencing. No one told me my car had been brought up, even though they saw me waiting for it for a while. I was then asked about 3 times to give a 5 star rating on a survey. I think employees were more worried about the survey then the actual work. Pretty disappointing.

Been here twice in like couple weeks. Took both of my vehicles in for service. Very friendly staff. Very attentive. Did not try to yodel me on anything that I didn't need. Vehicles were only there a couple hours each time. Definitely recommend to schedule and not walk in. They are busy.

Decided to give these guys one more chance.My wife wanted to upgrade her Explorer.Spoke with sales via text and phone. Verify the price and the model with the options we were looking for. I told him that sounded like a good deal. We will be down in 25 minutes. You guessed it. Oh we just sold that car??So I said oh? I thought it was the managers car where is it because I know you can't sell a car Finish the paperwork in 25 minutes. Let me show you another car.This car had none of the options that we were looking for. The manager got involved he said he would make it right. I showed him the texts stating price and the options. He admitted he couldn't do it.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!On another note : Phil Long Ford has been great. Purchased 3 vehicles since my first fiasco with these clowns

I am giving this dealership 1 star instead of 0 only bc I HAVE to. They do not stand behind their product nor their service. We purchased a BRAND NEW Explorer and we have had no help in locating the issues, no communication & zero motivation to help us as a customer/consumer. They are now trying to return our car to us without a solution even with diagnosis code's unresolved and all the recalls unfinished. They have had our car in their possession for 6+ weeks for the 2nd time. They have loaned us a car to use in the mean time but are now asking for it back, leaving is without a car &/ or an unfixed/ diagnosed vehicle.

Great service overall all. I just didn't realize that the \\\"Quick Lane\\\" suggests making an appointment, I feel like that defeats the purpose. But the staff was friendly and communication was fantastic, no issues with the maintenance that was performed.

My service advisor, Miranda, was wonderful to work with. She understood that I was traveling from out of state, and that I needed my vehicle back on the road ASAP. She was able to fit me in the same day, and next day my vehicle was back on the road. Super excited! Miranda and the technician that service my vehicle were amazing! The checkout process was something to be desired. The cashier did not seem to care or listen when I talked, spoke too low for me to hear, and the instructions for picking up my vehicle were very unclear. I waited out front for 10 minutes before going back inside and asking where my vehicle was. I was told that it was in the back of the quick Lane, which required me to walk through there drop off garage to the back. It was not a pleasurable experience picking up my vehicle.

Service advisor not very helpful and not very good at communicating. Nothing personal against the guy but I've just had much better customer service at Toyota and Bmw dealerships. I was left in the dark for much of the time. Probably could have had same customer service experience with a self service kiosk or automated system. As far as the repair/replacement job by the techs, everything seems to be well.

Very satisfied with my experience. After trying unsuccessfully to navigate the online scheduling apps of (and talk to someone with) two other local Ford Dealerships, O’Meara’s service team came through for us professionally, kindly and competently. All promises kept and work on schedule. Will definitely return for future service needs. Thank you.
