Usually you'll get the help you need. Sometimes you'll have to wait for a specific employee who knows what you need. Edit, a year later and it's just as good. 2nd update. Still a good location.

They sold me the wrong car battery. I walked over an hour in the snow only to find this out and attempted install. Their system then couldn't show that I had purchased the battery just 2 days before after entering my phone number in their system following my purchase. Inadequate service and company branch. I dealt w/Dustan the asst manager upon my return

I am from out if state and today I was at this specific O'Reilly store and the gentleman who helped me was a dear! Excellent service willing to help I watched him change a lady's windshield wipers and then he.checked all of my fluids and topped them off with the items I purchased so now I can gl home with ease no worries if I will break down like I had felt I was.going to do the whole way up here . Great job man!!! I didn't catch ur name but I may go back to find it just so the owners know ur service today was empeckable . Excellent service ! Ten start rating if they had it!!! His name was Jan. I recommend this oreillys store for all ur auto parts and questions ... thanks again!!!

Manager Trisha cursed me out and hung up on me after she towed my car from her lot, when HER employee directed me to park it in a specific spot. Court, Tom Martino, the news. and a social media barrage all coming. I inherited this car from my recently deceased father. Hoping corporate will do the right thing and terminate this employee

The employees were all in the back of the store when I went in. I was in the store for over 15 before I called out for someone to come out to help me . Very poor customer service.

Would not recommend this place. Called ahead of time to make sure they would swap a batter for me, they said yes (I knew my battery was bad). Bought a battery, they barely attempted to remove the bad one, but since their socket wasn’t deep enough (only had a 1/2” deep socket) they said they couldn’t remove it (this place is a part store, they obviously have open ended wrenches at a minimum). At this point I also noticed the new battery had reversed terminals to what my car was setup for. When I asked the guy for a different battery they said you are just supposed to stretch your terminals to reach (I would not recommend this). At this point I was stranded with a bad battery and had to call my wife to bring tools.I will not be returning to this location.

My drivers side headlight went out on my Chrysler 200 while driving and I needed help replacing it. I went to 2 separate Autozones and the 1st place said they’d have to take off the wheel cover or completely remove the fuse box. The second wasn’t able to take the cap off. I came to Oreileys and Josh was able to help me out and get it done!! Autozone also sold me the wrong headlight and Josh was able to find the correct one within 10 seconds and installed it for me. It was $8 cheaper than the wrong one from autozone as well! Third time was definitely the charm and I’m so happy I was able to finally get help!!!

Amazing service! Thank you Dustin! I had a bad battery in my ‘17 Nissan Pathfinder and I was able to buy a new battery and get in installed on the spot with ease, because Dustin went above and beyond. Thank you sir for helping me out this morning. You really made my day and I’ll absolutely be a returning customer!

I'm completely uneducated about cars. My grandmothers 2000 Ford Taurus needed a new battery and they were very friendly and installed it for me. Sure, maybe that's standard but it was a HUGE help. Much appreciated!
