My dog has a bowl cut and it appears his tail did not get touched. I will be taking him elsewhere in the future.

They've got everything I need to take care of my new cat. I'm so glad that they have all the brands that vets recommend for nutrition. The selections in store for scratchers and towers are not so bad, however not as expansive as the online selection. I saw one brand in particular on the shelves, but they had different textures. I'd call this my regular place to go for necessities and whenever there's a rewards perk available!

The groomers here suck. Terrible attitudes. First, this is the first Petsmart where I've ever been told my dog is matted and I'd be charged extra. 2nd, I was running late this morning and asked over the phone if I could still come in. They said yes but then turned me away once I arrived bc I was 5 MINUTES past my ETA. 3rd, they act like they don't even like pets. Just overall bad attitudes and unfriendly. Go somewhere else for grooming.

I shop here from time to time for aquatic needs but more for cat n dog food or treats. These places don't always have the best fish options.
