Lorraine shout out to this lady for many reasons this lady deserves the utmost recognition she went above and beyond it was a very hot day I was very overheated and before I can even ask she was already on it getting me a glass of water!! She walked with me to my unit and she made sure I was able to get in she took the lock off for me I noticed she even picked up a piece of trash she goes way out of her way to make sure things are nice and taken care of she took care of me so very well I was having such a bad day and it was a complete turnaround Lorraine thank you great job keep up the good work I'm so looking forward to staying with you guys thanks guys public storage is awesome

Place was dirty nails everywhere people were not helpful or pleasant I think his name was damien. I rather rent from cubesmart for better quality. Worse place ever.
