I had severe water damage and went to another company for pricing and couldn't believe what I was quoted. I called pure restore and they ended up being way more reasonable and worked with our insurance. They made it quick and easy and did the repairs quickly..I would recommend them and am glad that I used their services.

Gabriel Martinez is amazing manager at Pure Restore. We had a stressful water damage situation, and Pure Restore was fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and did a thorough job. The team made a difficult process so much easier.

I was very impressed with the knowledge that this company had towards working with our insurance and the remediation process. Knowing they knew their stuff made me feel secure that we selected the right company so things were done well. Had the chance to first speak with Gabriel who ensured me the steps and process of what their team will do during the duration of the remediation. I would recommend this company if you're unsure how to proceed with the process and insurance, they handled it all. The job was thoroughly cleaned and felt comfortable with the end results.

While the team at Pure Restore was professional and polite, I was shocked by how overpriced their services were compared to three other local companies. It's especially concerning considering they're providing services to fire victims who are already dealing with so much loss and stress. Their prices were significantly higher, and it honestly felt like they were taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but the cost was just too high given the circumstances. I'd encourage anyone in need of restoration services to get multiple estimates first--there are definitely better-priced options that don't exploit those who have already suffered so much.

We have had great service from Abbotts! Especially recently with Silvia, who seems to care about your experience and your contents like they are her own. If you are using Abbotts it’s generally because some catastrophic event has impacted you, so it’s nice to know that there is a company out there that can help you with it so effectively. Thanks Abbotts!
Update: Rudy and Alsemo delivered our stored contents. They were on time, and so careful with everything. I have had such a great experience with Abbotts and recommend them to anyone who needs a cleanup and restoration service.

Sylvia is very attentive to customer's needs. She went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. She maintained regular and consistent communication with us and followed through on her commitments in a timely manner. My basement was flooded. Rudy was there within one hour of me calling his office. He assessed the damage and then brought all the equipment necessary to dry everything out. While the baseboard and carpet pad had to be thrown out, he was able to salvage the carpet and the drywall. he was very trustworthy, Competent, and very good communicator. I would recommend Abbott to anybody who has an Emergency situation.
