Absolute worst quick lane I’ve experienced. From Florida to California, and I happen to live right next to the worst quick lane in existence. Number of issues over bringing my car in the last year. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews, they make you do it before any service and persuade with gift card.

I was told 2 to 2.5 hrs and I left to shop at the stores nearby. After a while I realized that they didnt even ask me what kind of oil I wanted? I came back after about 2 hrs and he said I was next in line. 2 more hrs passed by! Unbelievable. No stars. Instead of going back there to help if needed the managers are just upfront on their phones.

For Latin people be carefulToday I want to say the great service from QUICK LANE at OMERA FORD when I came on 08/03/2024 the financing guy said he had 8 FREE oil changes. ACCORDING TO.For a moment I told him no because I didn't trust them since I had previously come with an ECO ESPORT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENEDI BELIEVED AND I THOUGHT THAT THE STAFF WAS MIXED AND THAT MAYBE NOT ALL OF THEM WORK THE EQUAL BUT WHAT DO THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY BELIEVE TODAY he comes to the oil change and according to it it was FREE and I have to pay for it. My friend the squirrel had to be the evil one in the story butI am 100% sure that the technician broke the cables of my vehicle since later my car was in good condition.And coincidentally I JUST BROUGHT IT to the oil change AND TURNED ON THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND LIKE HERE NOBODY LOSES MONEY ONLY THE CUSTOMERSGUESS HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN OIL CHANGESINCE MY NEIGHBOR THE LITTLE SQUIRREL DOES NOT HAVE A LAWYER TO DEFEND HERSELF AND IT'S UP TO HER TO TAKE THE BLAME for the bad work done by the techniciansBECAUSE THE QUICK LINE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT AT BREAKING DOWN CARS TO BE ABLE TO EARN MONEY FOR THE COMPANY BY AFFECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR WORK DONE BADLY SO NOT TO MAKE THE STORY SO LONG. Quick lane has my car for more than a month and was told my car was suppose to be ready last week. And now was told it was suppose to be ready monday. Today is monday and the car still isnt ready. As today is Monday my car isn't ready still. Called multiple times today and i was transfered and hanged up on. No one couldn't answer my question. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend getting your car fix here, unless you want your vehicle be gone for 2 months. If it was possible I would give 0 star.Services: Electrical

Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation about 2 weeks ago ask them to check the air filter and if it was dirty to change it within 500 miles my fuel economy went from 20 miles to the gallon to 11 miles to the gallon check the air filter it was dirty and when I picked up the truck they told me they couldn't rotate the tires because the rear wheels were corroded on

I went in on Saturday to get my oil change. I waited more than three hours for my car to be done. From the beginning they never told me how long it would take and they did not give me any updates as i was waiting in the waiting room. I told them one if my headlights was not working and if they could check it out. After the first two hours i asked if they had any updates on the headlight. The worker said "i don't know it's probably just the bulb." When they called me saying my car was ready they said the light bulb was going to be $80 but that they were not able to put it into my car because their hands were too big to fit to put it in. I left and as i am driving the car the next day i turn on the window washer fluid and nothing comes out. They didn't even add fluid to my car. I wonder if they even changed my oil. I still need to check that. I paid $70 to practically hangout 3 1/2 hours in their waiting room. Please don't go here. Brighton quick lane is 100x friendlier and professional.

The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!
