I initially visited another dealership, where I spent 20 minutes walking around the lot without anyone approaching me. After slipping on ice while looking at F-150s, I decided to leave.
At O’Meara, Monica approached me within 30 seconds and had the Raptor I was interested in pulled around within five minutes. After the test drive, Roger helped determine a fair price, and the paperwork was completed quickly. The entire process was smooth and efficient.
I will always choose O’Meara first—it’s great to see a dealership that still prioritizes excellent service. Thank you, Monica and Roger!

Nicole was very nice to have helped me after I waited to speak with Mark for a very long time, only for him to look at me and leave elsewhere. A lot of the employees in that office are very kind and I will not allow one person to ruin my experience.

I sent them my title to sell my car. I have called and left messages but never heard back from them, nor have gotten money for my Ford Escape.
Edit: After posting this review my issue has been resolved quickly.

Update: Purchased car Saturday won't be ready until Thursday. A little disappointed they have cars for sale that aren't ready to go home. If you want to take it home that day, make sure it's been through their inspection first. Or they will hold it. 5 days for repairs when they said sold cars take priority, seems a bit excessive for priority work?
Worked with me on the car I wanted. Made sure everything was in working order on the car before I left. Top notch service.
