Horrible customer service. Made ONE reservation for 2 rooms had to cancel a month out from our planned trip. The day that I was supposed to get there (4/19) I noticed my card got charged for 75$. I called they said I had only canceled 1 room.. please make it make sense ? I make ONE reservation but apparently I have to make TWO cancellations? They refused to give me my money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE without even being at the location. Thanks for nothing Marriot ??

Expected more from a Marriott hotel! Beds were the worst I've ever slept on, lumpy and hard. Bathtub faucet was ready to fall off which made it hard to turn shower head on. Freeway noise was very loud and very limited parking in front where our room was. No continental breakfast either.

Iv stayed at this location 2 times the past month for work. And both times was amazing nice clean rooms , nice shower and the beds were great also . I definitely recommend giving this hotel a try if you haven’t yet you won’t be disappointed!

I stay at Marriott's all across the country.This hotel is a pleasant surprise. While a bit noisy near the highway - the hotel is immaculate and the Pantry - which is for Platinum members is a great idea. Saw the last review complaining of Jessica. Not sure what reviewer is all about but the fact that he resorts to vulgarity speaks volumes of him. Rate? Cheapo Wayne?I had three interactions with Jessica. Most pleasant front desk person I have dealt with in many years. Great hotel

I have been staying with this hotel for two years now.Today was the worst experience I have ever had an ultimately led me to book with another hotel. Jessica at the front desk had to have been the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with.Transferred me to the reservation department, which they have absolutely zero power to do anything helpful.I’ve been promised a rate for being a loyal customer and they took that promise away.Absolutely disgusting and apparently they don’t need my business or my business.I will never stay at this POS hotel again. Shame on you guys. ???

Came to a training here. It was clean and tidy each time, the staff was friendly and there were multiple options both in the building and nearby to choose from that offered food. Location is great, not too far from anything. They did have some construction going on during my training that was a little loud and disruptive but it didn't last very long. Overall a good experience

Just stayed the night on our way up north. The overnight front desk girl was a total doll! The room was cozy and clean, very modern astetics. Would definitely stay again. Next time we would like to try their in house restaurant Tony Romas!

I love Marriott in general, I also worked for them for several years as a CCSS, Central Pod, and even a Fam Agent so I am biased. I also expect more from them than other brands. I had trouble getting into the concierge lounge but I never mentioned it either so I have to eat that. Place was super quiet even though it was next to the highway. They'd did a wonderful job keeping the transients away without being rude to us or them.Fantastic job.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating and super friendly. Room was clean and wonderful and view was immaculate. Would definitely come back again as a regularRooms: Clean room and bathroom with excellent temperature controlWalkability: Everything is within walking distance and easy to navigateFood & drinks: Few nearby eateries that are all walkable within 5-10 minutes and a couple of restaurants and market inside the hotel itself

There is no breakfast buffet. When I checked in they told me there would be a breakfast buffet and I went ahead and booked because the last time I was here it was really good. When I asked about it the next day they told me that they don’t have the breakfast buffet anymore. I was so confused and disappointed and now I don’t want to book here again. I also noticed I was charged more in person for my room than what I had booked it for online. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

The staff was awesome. Made us feel welcome. Food and food staff was out of this world. There were 300 of us for a weekend meeting. Everything ran smoothly because of the staff.

Very nice place with comfortable rooms. The price was very reasonable too. Beds are a bit soft for me, and the sliding door on the bathroom isn't a good choice. Ample parking and easy to get into the property. I'd stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel I made my reservation through priceline. I decided to extend my reservation through priceline. I told the housekeeping lady that I was staying. A few minutes later I got a call from the lady in the office to the room phone. She said look it's past your time to extend your stay so get it done in 30 minutes or pack your stuff and get out. I just said OK and hung up. The reservation had been extended on the priceline website where i paid to extend my stay through one more night. But when I signed the paper apparently that same lady charged me for a new reservation through the hotel. Charging me for the second time knowing I already had my reservation. Then she refused to refund it. All I could get out of her was an email to a manager who I have yet to hear back from. She was the rudest meanest person I have ever seen in customer service..I loved this hotel it was a favorite of mine. Now I don't think I ever wanna go there again.Noteworthy details: Front desk people suck
