The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with the manager knowledge. She knows what I need more than me. She was so friendly and graciously kind. I love shopping at this Northglenn store.

Let me describe my experience on the Day 4/21/24 get to the store to buy 2 gallons of paint, showed up a picture of the color I wanted, and the attendant at that moment said they would make it. Ok, the color comes out wrong.
Not even close to the one I want, the attendant says it's not problem to get a refund but the manager doesn't want to do it, at the end she approved the refund. Almost 2 weeks later I got to the store because the refund didn't appear on my bank account. The manager on turn give me a phone number to call if the money didn't appear, almost a month has passed , yesterday I called the number they gave me and the woman tells me to go back to the store....?.

Luis is always such an awesome person to work with when coming into this store. He is very polite, personable, and always points me to the right direction! Would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Luis!!

For a professional painter like me, this place sucks. Out of products, some lack of experience, and I feel like I'm walking into a store in slow mode. I would avoid this place. After multiple times I give up.

Really bad service, the guy was in a very bad mood, he didn't even greet us, when we were going to order he made a bad face at us, he ignored us, we turned around and told him forget it, we will never return to this place again

I had an exterior color match done on 5/6/23. Color matching genius was there that day. He said it would take 2 hours. Two hours later, a perfect match.

Had to wait several minutes, but the guy working the counter this afternoon was a rock star and was moving quickly and taking care of several customers. He was very efficient and very pleasant. Got what I needed at a reasonable price.

I have zero complaints about our experience at the store. I can't remember the associates name, but she was a delightful. Helpful, knowledgable, friendly and a refreshing sense of humor. We left the store with exactly what we needed for our project, and we're 100% satisfied with her recommendations.
