I recently purchased a laptop from Techshop, choosing a Grade A item that was supposed to be in "excellent condition" with only minor marks, as described on their website. Instead, what I received was far from acceptable for a Grade A product. The laptop had four noticeable dents and two scratches, making it look more like a Grade C item (or worse). I can't understand how something in such poor condition could be passed off as "professionally refurbished" and sold at the price of a higher tier.
Despite the product arriving in a perfectly intact parcel, the condition of the laptop itself was extremely disappointing. After contacting their customer service team to rectify the issue, they offered a minor refund as compensation. This gesture was frankly insulting, given the significant difference between what I paid for (Grade A) and what I received (Grade C-quality).
Below are photos of the laptop I received. Is this what you would expect from a premium-quality product? I certainly didn’t.
I paid a premium expecting an item in excellent condition, but the lack of quality control at Techshop is glaring. Not only was the product misrepresented, but the resolution offered was completely inadequate. This was my first—and definitely last—purchase from Techshop. I would recommend anyone considering buying from them to be extremely cautious, especially if you’re expecting a Grade A item.
Overall, a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience.

I've known the Dans for years and may be a bit bias but when they say it's hard to find a good mechanic they have never met these guys. Great work if they can fit you in for the service. Always busy which would be my only complaint. Thanks for all the quality work fellas.

Please DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They are an awful company with no business sense, no customer service skills, and they will hold your vehicle hostage unless you pay cash under the table.
