Same with the other recent review, why are there so many negative ones? I think an important thing to note that this office is only a P.O. Box office with store services. It is much smaller does not distribute mail. It is the cleanest and most convenient location. I hate having to drive to Brighton to pick up my mail and the 120th location makes me feel like I’m going to get mugged every time I go there (I even had a package stolen that never made its way to its destination from that office). Overall I would say I’ve generally had a very good experience at this office. I wish we had more like it in the Thornton area.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews—have these people never been to a post office before? I arrived right at opening and there was a small line, but the guy at the counter handled it well. I was in and out quickly, and really appreciated the help, especially since I don’t ship things very often. Big thanks!

The people that work at this office are the best, totally helped us out in a pinch and nothing can be said bad about the federal workers at the post office, they are the salt of the earth and I'm so thankful they're my neighbors. Thank you thank you thank you

might be good to update the jours on google maps. It is a Saturday; arrived at location to find it closed at 1:00, not 4:15.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. We’ve lived in the service area for a year and not having to deal with the complete ineptitude of this branch and their mail carriers is actually factoring into our choice to move after such a short period. Just getting our mail has turned into a risky business that makes us want to pull our hair out. We had one good experience getting them on the phone and getting their help when one of our packages was returned to the sender because they marked us “vacant” after delivering our mail for 6 months, but they’ve never answered the phone or responded to us in any way since (and sadly this wasn’t the only package we had issues with).

The delivery lady, for my area is intentionally taking mine in my child’s names out of our mailbox and sending our mail back to the senders. I have spoken to her and she removed our names again this is completely unacceptable and tampering with mail is illegal. This is unacceptable and I will be filing complaints. Do your job!

They won't answer the phone. Sometimes they will and then just hang up on you. They were supposed to hold my package at the office because the address was entered incorrectly and of course they didn't. It's out for delivery. You're a counter person at the post office, your job includes answering phones.

This is one of the worst usps to ever go to! First of all I had filled out 3 green slips for my new address and the carriers do not pay attention to any of the green slips you fill out! I was receiving my packages/mail just fine and all of a sudden they returned one of my packages that showed delivered and they took it back to the sender where I purchased from. I don’t understand why I received one and not the other! I also do not understand how they think my address is completely vacant when I’ve been living there for quite some time!
I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of service that was provided. They never apologize when they’re in the wrong for messing up your mail!

The lady here with the short hair is probably the greatest employee of the USPS I have ever met. We only had a thirty second interaction. She is good.

Says it’s open until 4:15pm today and I get there at 3:30 and the door is locked and multiple people are turning around with their packages because no one is there. Even the door said hours were until 4:15 on Saturday.
