I’ve been using Walgreens for 2 months. I was having dental work done and had about 6 prescriptions filled here over the course of 2
Months. Not one of them went well. They claim never received my prescriptions every time. I had used an online dental service as well as a local dentist. Each time Walgreens was worse than the time before. Today, I gave them 4 hours. Called dentist to confirm script was called in. I wanted to make double sure as I just had 5 molars pulled and am in pain. Once again, Walgreens pharmacy claims they never got it.
Had it called in elsewhere. I will never return to any Walgreens pharmacy ever.

I just witnessed the cashier at this store refuse to help a disabled person figure out which food items, that were on sale, she had enough money to purchase.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy
Can’t get anyone in the phone - I call and call only to be hung up on or just put on hold over and over for 15+ minutes
Slow to fill prescriptions and sometimes when I’ve gone to the drive thru no one ever comes to the window so I just leave. Done with this pharmacy

Multiple times I have gone to pick up my prescription during their pharmacy hours, and they have had no pharmacist on duty so I haven’t been able to pick my up prescriptions that were ready.

Never had an amazing experience here, but before my latest they were generally okay.Recently, however, I tried to get a prescription delivered. I didn't realize that they apparently use Doordash for this, and the person decided to pick up my medication and then just (I assume) keep it for themselves to use/sell.I called to try and sort this out and spoke to a very unfriendly manager who told me I would need to bring in a PRINTED COPY of the proof screenshot and report made to Doordash in order for them to replace the stolen prescription. So, now not only do I not have medication I very much need, I have to spend a chunk of my own time fixing their mistake. Needless to say, I'll be finding a new pharmacy (and likely never getting medication delivered ever again).

They canceled my prescription because I had no insurance?! Now they are out of my Rx that I need! It might as well be the DMV or Post Office. Incompetence at its finest.

Pharmacy does not know what they are doing. Wouldn't recommend at all. Don't waist your time.

How the hell are you going to have a PHARMACY closed for FOUR days?!? People need their medications! They closed early last night & won't be open until Tuesday at 10am?! I understand the holiday, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
