I have my items delivered and today the driver left it at the wrong address. I called the store and the management satisfies we cannot do anything. I had to call the 800 number and they told me oh well we can refund your money and you can reorder again. Really tie up my money for 7 to 10 days. And reorder instead of bringing me my order and no one wants to take responsibility and doing what is right

My work hours make it nearly impossible to get to a pharmacy during the "regular business hours" they all offer. The later hours this one stays open for has been a life-saver, quite literally a few times. For this convenience alone I'd give 5-stars, however it is well deserved for they've been incredibly helpful when knowledge was needed of them and have never had an issue once in my years using their services.

someone needs to look into this Walmart we trusted them with our credit card info with online delivery an ran our card for an extra 450 $ an nobody is willing to help no one is ever at there customer serv they are robbing there customers do not trust them with your information

I was so happy when I switched to this Wal-Mart pharmacy. Everyone is super nice , knowledgeable and even let me know when one of my new meds wouldn't work with a different med I was on. I was really thankful for that. These techs and pharmacists don't get enough credit for all they do. Great team they have. However Tory needs to work on his attitude

Did my groceries here today and it was pleasant they got a lot like the super Walmart but not everything however all what I used to buying the only thing I'd like is baskets not only carts

You can't beat the convenience of having this market so close and not as huge but with everything we need compared to the super stores. Cashiers need to be rehired though. Nobody likes to check out their own groceries

Pharmacy staff seems decent, but they just close up whenever they feel like it. They have posted hours, but that doesn't seem to matter to them - they close early anyway. It's not like they're a liquor store or a fast food joint - people need to depend on posted pharmacy hours in order to make sure they get their prescriptions. But with this pharmacy, I guess you can't have anything filled there that's critical to your health - like I tried to do and couldn't pick up today because they all went home an hour early.

I am in Montana and I ordered some food for my parents who are elderly. Due to their health conditions they are not supposed to go into shop at stores. They did pick up service. Well when my mom got home we went through the order and she was missing bacon. I called and talked to Maryann about the missing bacon. She was very nice and said for them to go in to pick up missing items. My mom went in the store and Brandon stated that he put the bacon in the box and that it was checked twice. Well if they wipe their ass like they check the boxes than they have a serious issue. He told my mom they had it on video so my mom said are you calling me a liar. He then stated that next time they will go through order with them. Which they should have done in the first place. Sorry but I ordered for them so they did not have to go out not because we are poor. Were they rude because my mom is hispanic or because she is old ???? Customer service their sucks should they not have better skills than to argue with a customer? It pisses me off that they can treat someone rudely and then not expect for a reaction. They even said they would call the police well call the police so they could look at the video they said they had. Im extremely upset and I will call around until something is done about this Brandon character.

I understand the scarcity of groceries right now. But my boyfriend and I (who live in separate house holds) shared a cart. He got eggs and almond milk, as did I, and some other things. When we got to the check out lane a blonde lady named Charlotte rudely came up and started barking that we couldn't buy two sets because of the scarcity. We explained that we were paying separately, she said no. We then explained we lived in two different house holds. She still said "nope" then reached into our basket and took the eggs and milk... I will NEVER be coming back to this store.

I'm not sure who to blame for the miscommunication, my doctor or this pharmacy. This is the third time I have had to play middle man between the two to get my son's prescription sent over. I call them, they say they don't have it and won't call the doctor for me. I call my doctor and they say they do have it electronically and that the pharmacy has to call them. After sitting on hold and going back forth for an hour, I thinks it's safe to say both are at fault. It's just absolutely ridiculous that my son has to sit around in pain all day while I wait for someone to get it sorted out.

We had Cody from their grocery pickup help us load the groceries we ordered. By far he was the friendliest and most helpful associate we have ever experienced in Wal-Mart. He could not accept our tip, however we were very grateful.
