Just got harassed, and all my stuff, broken and food, broken and thrown around due to the fact of Accidentally not scanning a singular hamburger meat when I had a bunch of other items that were scanned they got in my face saying that I didn’t scan stuff that I did Scan refuse to give me their badge information or their name also damaged product that I paid for saying I didn’t pay for it put my receipt up told them to look at it and they got in my face started taking stuff out of my basket, saying I guess you don’t want this I guess you don’t want that I paid for that stuff and they took items from me zeo was one of the guys names and even the manager refused to listen to what was going on all because one item didn’t get scanned they re-scanned everything and made me pay for everything twice

Just went in this morning at 6am when they open & bought some medicine that needed they're "approval" & the lady that stands up front wasn't in sight. I asked other workers for help & they couldn't assist. She finally walked out 10 minutes later &was barely getting her register set up. She should be ready earlier or other team members should be able to assist. I've never cared for leaving reviews until recently. Always quick in & out of there but this time I went 1st thing in the morning & was not a good visit. .

I like to shop here when I only need groceries and I'm in a hurry. It's a nice store and easy to find what I need. They have a good selection of products.

Went in for moneygram. Their systems were down ask the person who is servicing us to call another location to confirm all locations were down. Was told you can Google it awful service.

I come to this Walmart on a regular basis. But if you get there a half hour before customer service close which is 6:30 they won't serve you. They always say they're going on break and they won't be open until 8:00 the next morning. It's always a hit and miss if you're trying to use their customer service for anything.

Update: i went to the walmart really quick today on 9/18 and the picture attached is from today it is expired ham from june! Its turning gray, it looks slimy and it has mold spots clearly nothing has changed and they truly do not care please be careful buying lunch meat or meat something is going on with that meat departmentLet me start by saying the pharmacy staff is amazing always so nice and helpful. But that's where it stops.The front end staff is rude and most of the time sitting on their phone. There is usually multiple just hanging around when the self check out has a line and won't open a lane unless multiple complaints. The produce meat workers don't care their fruits always have growing mold on it and will not remove it from the shelf. They keep 2 to 3 week old lunch meat on the shelf. They never have anyone to open the makeup area. You litterally have to hunt down an employee to do it. You also have a front end worker with blond white hair who lives to be rude to everyone. I have watched her be discriminatory to others for no reason force and older gentlemen to walk to the back of the store without his walker or buggy for milk after refusing to let him buy the one he had and when confronted Said it wasn't her job.Clearly the store manager does not care what happens in this store. Between moldy produxe 0 rotation on all items. You also can't get an employees help without annoying them. I'm at the point I will probably start shopping at kings

I have my orders delivered due to a medical condition. Today the driver delivered my order to the wrong address. I called the store and spoke with a manager and he told me oh well. Call the 800 number and tell them. I was told I would have to get a refund which takes a week or so and then place another order now and pay for it again. Why not just reorder it I asked oh we can’t do that. Great way to run a business

I have my items delivered and today the driver left it at the wrong address. I called the store and the management satisfies we cannot do anything. I had to call the 800 number and they told me oh well we can refund your money and you can reorder again. Really tie up my money for 7 to 10 days. And reorder instead of bringing me my order and no one wants to take responsibility and doing what is right

Was able to find what I needed. There was one human interaction lane and 4 Self-checkouts. Few items? Self-checkout. 20+? Human Interaction.

They didn't have anybody at customer service center I just took him about 10 minutes to get somebody to go up there to actually help us out after we push the button or whatever I had to press the button twice guy was friendly enough but seemed like he didn't want to be there
