Don't fill up here unless you have plenty of time to spare. The pumps are like pumping molasses in winter. They have been like that for a very long time. I'm writing this while I'm waiting for the pump to put 15 gallons in my tank. Terrible management

Do not stop here. We were passing thru town and stop to fill up. Workers were yelling at us to move our vehicle. “Hurry up!” We were filling up at the pump and their garage doors to fix cars are blocked by the gas pump. We spent over $70 in gas and they wouldn’t let us clean the bugs off our windows. This was the worst gas station I have ever been too and very scary for my family. We thought the employee was going to hit our car or my husband. Crazy experience I certainly never thought I’d have taking a road trip with my young son.

I normally don't do reviews on gas stations but this place was awesome and their people, I believe her name was Sam, and she was such as nice lady at the counter She let me use the restrooms and grab some ice for my 5k miles long journey passing thru this town the road to get here was beautiful I recommend pass to this has station and help with the small Comunity business recommend it

My wife and family and I go to a family cabin near Norwood quite frequently. Today on our way home we needed to stop for a restroom and snacks. While we were there I also topped off our gas so we didn’t need to stop again. After filling up at the pump, I went in to use the restroom and buy a drink. While checking out, the cashier mistook our Mitsubishi Plug in Hybrid for a full EV, and asked us to not block the pump if we weren’t getting gas. Understanding his confusion, I tried explaining that it was a hybrid and we did buy gas, but he was very rude and persistent, saying he had been watching the whole time and I was wrong. I finally just told him this was ridiculous and that he had now lost our future business, which he wasn’t worried about at all. As I walked back to our car, I even pointed at the meter showing we had put $13 worth of gas into our car, and he came out and just said very sarcastically “wow, a whole 13 dollars”. I would understand if they were always busy and we were blocking other business while we used the restroom, but we were the only ones there, my wife and I both bought food, and we bought gas. To be harassed this way after being honest paying customers was frustrating. I work exclusively in small towns, and rural areas, and I know how incredibly kind and impactful these communities typically are. It’s just a shame that in Norwood, this gentleman doesn’t understand that being from a small town does not mean you have to be small minded as well.
