The postmaster at this location has some of the poorest customer service I've experienced in a long time. She was very short and rude, and unwilling to help assist at a window to take care of any customers. A very unpleasant and inferior example of leadership.

So my grandmother has a post office box here in Olathe for about 25 years and any time we would get a card or package sent back, the money from the cards and just the items that were sent out would go missing. Even when the cards and stuff arrived at the correct location, our family members would show a video of them opening up the letters and the money would be gone and there would be tape on the envelope when we didn't put tape on it at all. The people working at the Olathe post office are stealing money from cards and items from packages. I know this for sure because we did a little research by mailing two letters with money, one being sent from Olathe and the other from delta. The one from delta arrived with the money in it and the one sent from Olathe had the money missing. DON'T SEND THINGS FROM OLATHE!!!

On 9/27/21, I went to the post office and put in a change of address. I was asked to leave the place I was renting and I went to the post office first. The person behind the counter helped fill out the change of address card and we forwarded it to La Junta CO. With special instructions to hold the mail until I came in to pick it up which was on the date of 9/29/21. Yesterday 10/8/21 I received a package from the person I rented from in Olathe Co and it had my car insurance, a letter from Social Security, and my medication in the package. The letter from Social Security was dated 10/2/21. Please explain how someone who treated me so badly got ahold of my mail that was stopped eight days before? The letter from social security arrived 10/05/21. I also have an expedited passport arriving I can only pray it is not delivered to him. I found out the person I was renting from was a felon who spent over ten years in prison after he began screaming at me and terrorizing me.. Thanks for letting my mail get into the WRONG HANDS!!!

So my wife got a call from this post office lecturing that she cannot send things to her physical address and has to come to the post office. This is false. UPS WILL NEVER DELIVER TO A PO BOX!!! and for that woman to over reach ignorantly will not be forgotten. Wish they had her real number so I can actually report her.

Don't have a lot of problems. Staff is nice and helpful. No complaints.

I really like the two female clerks in this office! They are awesome always willing to help you out and go the extra mile. They definately make up for the grouchy man that works the counter at times.
