Okay this is kind of funny doing a review for UPS because I used to own a trucking company and I worked with UPS in the past. However back then I used to go to their main hub in Joliet, Illinois. When I was at UPS just now I was talking to the two employees about how busy the main hub in Joliet is and how intimidating their drivers are because they're cruising around the yard fast like nobody's business. It's also really crowded at the main hub there so you have to be an excellent driver otherwise you're either going to run into something or vice versa. So today I visited the Delta UPS location as a customer. When I got there I had several random questions about the package I was sending. That's when the two employees inside stepped up to the plate and had all the answers. Valeria & Dikshya we're so knowledgeable ,courteous & polite. They answered my questions and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. This location is top notch because of the quality service. So the next time you're in that area of Colorado and you need services from UPS swing by the Delta location you'll be happy you did!”
