Great experience with both Skyler, Paul and Amber at Jeep Ouray. Jeep was in great condition, performed outstanding, and provided us a great time. PS - we already have a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, but the Wrangler provided a greater level of ability and brought us to some beautiful locations including Corkscrew Gulch & Pass, Hurricane Pass, California Pass, and more.

We rented a jeep last minute and they were great about accommodating us. Skyler wins the award for best the customer service we got anywhere on our whole vacation and I’m kind of hard to please. I would absolutely return and will suggest Jeep Ouray to anyone I know who might visit.

My husband and I had a fantastic trip driving Roxanne the Rubicon through Corkscrew Pass. Above and beyond customer service - can't say enough about how helpful and kind Skyler was! He helped us pick a trail, answered all our questions, and walked us through the features in the Jeep which was like new, and had a cooler & ice included. Highly recommend Jeep Ouray!

TWO THUMBS UP!!
Skyler was amazing. We made some last minute changes and called Skyler to help us set up a Friday 1/2 day adventure. Skyler went above and beyond, great price, very flexible on return time as the Jeep was not needed for the next day. He threw in a cooler, bag of ice, even washed the Jeep for us upon our return. I would highly recommend these guys for your next Jeep adventure.
We did Imogene Pass, what a delight. More than enough challenges to make it exciting. I had done this trail years past with my son, this time I was able to enjoy the trip with my wife. The Jeep, a Rubicon, was perfect. It handled all the terrain challenges like a champ. GO SEE THESE GUYS.

Perfect adventure added to a wonderful wedding weekend! Jenny the Jeep made the climb to Silver Basin almost too easy and was incredibly fun. I’ve never been more comfortable on a mountain pass. Skyler deserves a special shout out! He was incredible from the very beginning helping us navigate the oddities that came with living abroad while being super responsive. So friendly, respectful and accommodating! Highly recommend if you want to go farther in the mountains than anyone else

Cons
The guy who worked there told my sister not to use her lockers at all on Imogene and yankee boy basin. Why have front and back lockers and not use them??? Such bad advice. Plus he called imogene I'm A gene, which tells me he is not from here. She was about to go up this huge rock face without lockers b/c of this bad advice. Also I've 4wheeled over imogene, yankee boy basin etc before, and he told her NOT to listen to ME? What..... plus he said she could not use her tow hooks to tow if we got stuck, I brought my recovery gear but she thought she was NOT allowed to use it, thankfully we didnt get stuck. But if we had maybe I should have left the jeep stuck there due to this bad advice, let you all come get it

I couldn't recommend this Jeep rental spot enough! Skyler went out of his way to make our rental experience absolutely amazing. The jeep itself was almost brand new and ate up anything and everything that Engineer, California and Ophir passes threw at us. What a blast!
