“So there we were, moving my two adult kids from Iowa to the Bay area by way of a family roadtrip. I'm pulling the camper with my Ford Excursion. We pull off for a stop near Ovid and there's smoke billowing from under the hood. After letting the engine cool, we got it over to the shop. The guys at Bent Wrench (I assume father and son duo but I could be wrong) came out to the street so we didn't have to unhook the camper, gave us a diagnosis (front end transmission leak) and, since it wasn't something they could fix that day, helped me make a decision about what to do. I live paycheck to paycheck (who doesn't these days), and we were on a tight schedule to get back to Iowa. The guys said we could probably make it to California, and we did. He wouldn't even take my money, told us to have a safe trip. Highly recommend. We need more people like this in the world.”
