“I went to this office with an elderly friend who got his renter's insurance here. He was interested in getting life insurance.We went in on a Thursday afternoon. The helpful woman working at the front desk said there was no one available to see him right then, but she could make an appointment for him on Monday. When I asked him if would take the bus to the appointment (because I wouldn't be available to drive him there), the woman offered him a phone appointment! Score! That's so helpful!Such nice customer service.”
