Mike and his crew took me under their wing and got my Tacoma fixed and looking better then it did before I bought it. Not to mention it was sparkling clean inside and out. The service is outstanding and their work speaks for themselves. Fact of life post-Covid is parts take a long time to arrive in Pagosa, or anywhere for that matter. “Andrew is the best! We had a cosmetic accident while on a road trip and, as such, didn't have much time to get anything repaired. We dropped the car off and asked (maybe pleaded!) for him to do what he can before he closed up shop for the day. “Helpful staff. Needed a part and they ordered it and had it in the next day. I would suggest that they update hours in Google because the Google hours are incorrect. Also there is a sign with hours on the door but conflicts with time shown on window. Confusing to know when they’re open.”
“Driving north from Santa Fe we hit an elk on our right front fender. Car drivable but couldn't open the passenger side door. Called Walt's as that was the next town on our route.
