“Ken and Juan took the time to listen to and diagnose a ”fun” sound coming from under my Chevy Duramax dually. Everyone in town, including Ken was booked solid! But, within an hour, Ken had me out the door in under an hour.
Thankfully, a simple fix to what could easily have been “misdiagnosed” or redirected to something more complicated and unnecessary.

“I broke down in walmart parking lot. With many trying to help. A man wh9 works for max came and tried to quick fix but no go. He called max he hooked me up with an awesome tow company and just old school customer service. Got to shop amd max took time out if his saturday to diagnose my car. They are truly the very best. I can not remember the mans name but super awesome humans. Thank you so much :)”
