“Had a hard time getting through on the phone today, so we just gave up and drove on into town to our usual Pagosa Lakes branch. We needed 3 documents notarized. Unfortunately then we were told that the branch notary was not in that day, but we were sent just down the highway to the downtown branch. What a lovely facility! But best of all were the two ladies at the counter, especially Michelle who was so patient and friendly while I tried to figure out all I needed to sign. Michelle has helped me with notarizations before. Both ladies were just the best! Thank you again Michelle!”
