About Marathon

Marathon is a great store that customers love. The gas pumps work just fine and do not pump slowly. The cash register worker is often courtesy and friendly. However, the parking area and pump area are frequently packed. A common problem is people who park in front of the doors and block half the parking lot. The gas costs more here than at the Speedway across the street. One reviewer strongly advises not to deal with a specific employee on the other side of the store, wishing they could speak to the owner about this issue.

    They have a good food counter, make fresh items every day.

    The thing about the Marathon here is that they serve breakfast Monday through Friday up til 10 am. Biscuits and gravy, and various burritos. The construction worker community eats it up every day. And the beer store is adjacent, so after work, there is beer as well.

    Love this store but don’t deal with Monte on the other side of the store he is the worst want him fired!!! Wish I could take to the owner about this….
