CD and his Dad Alex are awesome people. We rolled into Pagosa on a Friday night with our brakes grinding. CD got us in first thing Saturday morning and he got it done in less than 2 hours. It's hard to find stand up people in the world we live in and CD and Alex definitely two of them. Highly recommend them

Kind of feel like I got duped. Paid $100 for the service person to come out because we weren’t getting any hot water. He turned some of the bypass valves underneath the sink and the pump stopped working. Had 1/3 tank left of water because we’re on a slight slant he’d have to come back when we had a full tank. And yes he’d charge another service charge.
He left the valves turned so NO water was getting to the pump. Said pump was broken…tested for a connection and that was fine.
Called me the next day to see what’s up, told him about the water pump and how it was fine but still no hot water. He basically said ok, well good luck. Wasn’t gonna pay another service charge so didn’t ask for him to come fix what he was asked to fix the first time!!!
With the help of another local RV guy we have the pump working and hot water.

CD saved the day for us when we needed a forced regen on our truck at the top of Wolf Creek Pass. Very timely and efficient and got us back on the road and to a recommended campground for the night far before I expected. He and his dad are great people.

I had to hang up on the owner of this "open 24/7" mechanic business because he was actually balling me out! I called HIM because it was Saturday late afternoon and he advertises as being available 24/7! He told me he was pissed because I called him at that time (hello? it is within YOUR business hours!) and was inquiring about his availability.
He started losing his cool out loud after I told him I just heard my brakes sound like metal on metal (dangerous-- but did he care? I have no reason to think so). I've been driving it a lot lately while moving to Pagosa Springs and i guess I wore down the brake pads and got an earful of grinding today.
He huffed when I told him my car is a Honda and said the parts would have to be ordered. When I asked him if he would order them he said he already has a lot of business and started complaining that I had the nerve to call and ask him for his help (wait why is he in business?). He practically growled at me when I asked whether he or another mechanic in town would be better at fixing Japanese cars-- just politely looking for a referral.
My advise to this guy:
1. change your advertising if your availability is incorrect.
2. since your so busy with customers, business must be good-- so why don't you hire someone with customer service skills to speak with the public for you (you should not be talking to customers until you learn how to empathize with people aka put yourself in their shoes and understand why you should care how they're doing).
3. take better care of yourself-- how you treat yourself is how you treat us. Watch your blood sugar levels and don't ever let yourself get very hungry-- carry around nuts, seeds, jerky to keep yourself steady all day-- it works even before meals. Maybe your mama didn't tell you-- learn to monitor how you're doing and get yourself what you need so you can be considerate of others. Crying is extremely therapeutic.

So, picture this: we roll into Pagosa Springs for the first time this weekend, high on wanderlust and low on sensible planning. Friday’s agenda? Aimless meandering and snacks. We grabbed the essentials – chips, a bottle of wine (you know, the real life-savers), and headed back to our cozy Fireside cabins.
Just when we thought we’d nailed the carefree vacation vibe, our Volvo XC60 decided it was time to play "Power Failure Roulette." A cheery little message pops up: "Battery charge failure." Naturally. It's 6 o'clock, right when car mechanics morph into pumpkins. But hey, wine fixes everything…right? Wrong.
We’ve got Carshield, so we dial them up, praying for a miracle. Carshield answers with a hearty laugh (figuratively), informing us that every mechanic in Pagosa Springs is on a collective nap until Monday. Awesome.
Determined not to let our plans derail, we began our weekend mechanic scavenger hunt. Enter All Pro Touch Auto Diesel & RV Service. The name screamed “We don’t service Volvos,” but desperate times call for desperate dials. The mechanic who answered the phone was delightfully nice, despite the fact we’d thrown foreign car gibberish his way. He gamely agreed to troubleshoot with us over the phone, shouting diagnostic instructions like a long-distance medical consult.
After some head-scratching, we diagnosed a badly loose serpentine belt. Like, hanging-on-by-a-thread loose. The mechanic, bless his daredevil heart, offered to come out for an hourly fee, despite his zero Volvo experience. We were four hours from home and willing to trade our souls for a running car, so we eagerly accepted.
He shows up like a mechanical knight in shining... shorts and a t-shirt, sans Volvo-specific tools but brimming with determination. It was Murphy’s Law out there, with issues popping up like moles in a whack-a-mole game. But our hero didn’t flinch. Bit by bit, he MacGyvered that Volvo into shape using elbow grease and possibly sheer willpower.
Despite the odds, he got the job done, and we couldn’t have been more thankful. We will make the trek home tomorrow feeling safer knowing we have God and All Pro Touch Auto Diesel & RV Service on our side so we can make it home safely, and remember the trip to be a legendary tale of heroism and wine that will be recounted for years. Moral of the story: always vacation with snacks, wine, and a hero on speed dial.

We had an our check engine light come on while visiting for a holiday weekend. CD answered the phone early on a Saturday morning and made a plan to meet up for diagnostics on my car. He was on time and quickly started the diagnostics. This wasn’t a major issue and shouldn’t prevent us from getting home so he didn’t waste our time or our money suggesting work it doesn’t need. I really appreciated his no-nonsense approach and ability to help a non-technical person understand what I need to do next. His rates are great for a mobile service especially for not being in a major metro area. Highly recommend this service if you find yourself stuck in Pagosa Springs with car troubles.

So very grateful for this mechanic being willing to help us on a Saturday when our wheel came off as we were heading home to Texas today! So helpful and kind, and got us back on the road after 2 hours of working on our camper. Thank you!

Man was rude on the phone and couldn’t help and all he told us was good luck finding someone then hung up. Would not recommend.

Called him on a Saturday and still being closed, he took us in and got us back on the road. We had an adblue falt on our audi q7 tdi and figured it out and also found we had a bad battery.

Very poor service with expensive damage and destruction of property and abduction concerns. Refused service pursuing intimate relations, recommending I accept offered housing rather than my own accomodations. Would not deliver battery upon arrival despite my expressing water in the tank was a concern. Expressed preference to just form a friendship offering to thaw tank and replace pipe not wanting to charge anything when informed of the damage. Very difficult to gain simple services under the unwanted advances of questionable "friendship". Frozen water supply will result in expensive repairs by other reliable, reasonable service technicians.
