The splash guard on my car was hanging off and scraping against the road (casualty from our mountain adventures!), and we stopped by Coe’s to get it fixed. They fixed it immediately, sending us back on our way home at no charge! We appreciated the quick turnaround and the friendly service. Thank you!

The people at Coe’s automotive could not be nicer. While on a roadtrip with my family, our rental car broke down. We rolled (literally) into Coe’s near closing time and they immediately took care of us. A mechanic stopped what he was doing to run a diagnostic on our car, providing me the details I needed to give my rental company.
Not only did the owner provide us with water and space to handle everything we needed to get a new car, she gave us a ride to the facility. We tried to offer her money for the help, but she refused.
Honestly, it was extremely heart warming to be treated with such kindness during a tough experience.

I could not be happier with these guys. They gave me a quote for nearly half what another shop quoted, got me in 2 days later, finished the job in a day and charged me what they quoted me, nothing more. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!

Worst Mechanic ive ever been to, extremely rude, screamed at me over the phone as I was asking him why he was keeping my car over night when he didnt have permission to.. this is after I had waited 3 hours at my job for my car to be done, as he said it would only take 20 minutes, i found my car up on jacks taken apart with no mechanic in sight and all doors locked
Also he took my WHOLE front drive shaft off without telling me and put it in the back of my car
Kept my car overnight with out even asking me or making me aware so I was stranded in palisade when I live in fruita
I was absolutely appalled by his rudeness and just the absolute disrespect he treated me with and just the fact he screamed at me over the phone as I was asking him why my car was taken apart and no one was in the shop
This is a terrible situation that i don't want anyone to have to go through like I did
I was extremely disappointed in everything about this shop from the customer service to the overall quality. Even after being referred by people close to me I was so excited to maybe have found my go to mechanic who was honest and not a crook
I will never be returning

Took my Subaru to Coe's because of a check engine light. They noticed a knock in the engine (which was unrelated to the check engine light) due to a loose connecting rod. They charged me nothing and advised me to check if my car was within warranty. I ended up getting the engine replaced by the dealer under warranty. Coe's saved my life!!! I would trust Coe's with vehicle issues.

First of Mike is a great guy and I hope to be able to give Coe's another shot. I made an appointment almost a week in advance for them to replace a windshield wiper fluid sprayer nozzle and check out a rattle underneath. Very simple stuff. I dropped my truck off at 8AM as asked. I told they would check it out that morning and give me a call. 1PM and not a word. I called and left a voice message just asking for a status. 3PM and still not a word so I called again..10 minutes later and I finally get a call. They hadn't even looked at it yet. I totally understand that things get busy but because I didn't get a simple 2 minute phone call I didn't have time to schedule alternate transportation to an important doctor's appointment I had to walk back to the shop and get my truck. A 2 minute phone call is all it would have taken.Service: General repairs & maintenance
