Sprigs & Sprouts is a lavender farm and gift shop in Palisade. It offers a great experience where visitors can cut their own affordable U-Pick lavender bunches, with instructions provided. For those who prefer, there are also pre-made bundles. The shop itself is filled with wonderful things, including many different lavender options, creamed honeys, soaps, essential oils, bug spray, pottery, and ice cream. A major highlight is the separate tasting room featuring an amazing array of flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars that are described as wonderful and out of this world. The staff is consistently noted as super friendly, sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service, including for shipped gifts. The farm has free parking and is a favorite stop for many, who highly recommend visiting and exploring all it has to offer.
