Paonia Laundromat at 604 2nd Street is a super clean, cute, and eclectic laundromat. The wonderful owner takes extraordinary pride and care in her work, providing outstanding wash and fold service with clothes hung on hangers. It is the cleanest and nicest laundromat, with a stocked quarter machine, well-functioning machines, a nice bathroom, and a great porch or outdoor patio to wait. The cozy little space is well maintained, with a friendly atmosphere. It is a gem for emergencies or vacation laundry, allowing for walks around town. Note: cash or quarters are needed, and guests should bring laundry detergent as there was no way to buy it on site.

Probably nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Super clean, nice bathroom, great little lounge and outdoor patio. You need cash or quarters. When we went , no one was there so need to bring laundry detergent because didn’t seem to be way to buy that.

Cleanest laundromat I've ever seen in my 65 years, and I've seen plenty. With the Cafe in the building, it smells a lot more like great food than dirty socks. It was a bit pricey, but it's really worth the little extra you pay for the lovely ambiance. We'll be back for food next time, for sure!
