Huge fan of the winery, and the restaurant in particular. We kept saying, we could have been in Napa with the quality of everything. The wine was delicious but the food was what blew us away! Our entire order seemed to be fresh from the garden including the local beef, several types of pie, and the wine grown just outside. It was packed on a Saturday night and seemed to be a special spot for so many of the locals as well. We have decided to make a second trip out next summer because our experience at Qutori was so lovely.

We recently led a group of friends and fellow vintage Porsche enthusiasts for a trip through Paonia. Julie and her staff hosted us for lunch and wine sampling. The wine, food and service was fabulous!

2019 Syrah is bold, dark, and has plentiful tannins. Will age well. I recommend scooping up a case and aging past 2025. Pairs well with rich chocolate and meat heavy charcuterie.

Fabulous place to stop for dinner and a glass (or bottle or two) of REALLY good wine. The wine is complex and so very satisfying. The chef clearly takes pride in the food he prepares, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I stop there every time I'm in the area.

The most delicious local food and tasty wines to accompany. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere whether inside or out. Try the pie! It’s made with local fruit and so delicious!!

We enjoyed our visit at Qutori. It’s close to the road, but traffic is light, and it spots a nice patio with views of the mountains. The patio has a nice garden and plenty of shade. We got the sampler, as we were wine tasting at a few vineyards that day. A sampler comes with 4 varieties of wine, approximately 2 glasses for $25. We tried 3 reds and a white. 3 of the 4 had grapes from other regions, due to the frost several years back. The Estate Pino Noir was the only one that featured their own grapes, and was hands down the best wine of the 4. The other 3 were ok, not as flavorful and more on the dry side we thought. Overall, we would come back, but thought Azura was the clear winner. We still enjoyed ourselves and the hospitality!

Qutori is our favorite stop in the entire area of Paonia, Colorado. Stayed in Gunnison and drove through Gunnison National Forest, ended up in the hidden gem of Paonia. I have not been to the Swiss Alps but the scenery looks to be the same as what I have seen in pics. Back to Qutori wine and service, perfect location, perfect view and service. The SYRAH wine is my absolute favorite and we typically drink red blends. The best winery on the West Elks Wine Trail in Paonia??

Tasty wines, very kind service and prices are good. Would have enjoyed hearing a bit more about the wines, the history of the winery etc. Had to ask for this. Anyway we went home with a few boxes of delicious wine!

A fantantistic wine tasting and a great lunch in the garden. Food was really good quality vegetables and other small plates (polenta, cheese.... and similar). Very easy to find in the absolutely interesting winery network in this area. We found a really great estate's Pinot Noir and a great Merlot, but all the wines were excellent. Friendly atmosphere and service. If you are in these area, you can't miss this winery.
