Don't go to this store if you can help it, service is horrible. The don't care about the customer at all, manager was very unprofessional.

The manager, who has very short dark brown hair and glasses, called my wife a slur. She's absolutely foul and rude, to boot. We used to love going here, but now we will go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, the gal that works Saturday morning should not be working with customers, she is rude and clearly does not communicate in a professional way.

Can’t walk through the aisles because all the stock is on carts and not on the shelves. In places you can barely access there is no stock. This store needs a lot of help.

Sunday 9/24/23 2:40 pm a hot lady, I don't know her name but she was tall, she doesn't want to work or I ask her for a vanilla and she tells me the price and I tell her that it was at a different price and she answers me that's the price, yes. Do you want me? Yes, no, there's no way she couldn't go and check, she still had a painting and it's broken. She said they couldn't give a discount, at least not to me, she's a bad worker.

Sarah is super sweet and probably one of the friendliest workers there, store isn't always stocked but the staff is friendly and outgoing!!

Karina is one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing ringing me up. This is an honest, hard working woman who is ALWAYS busy when I come in. I have seen her just about every time I come in, on the move, putting things away, helping ring up customers, informing people of pricing, product placement, and general questions. She has literally continued to impress me every time I come in and is the only reason I am participating in the survey as well as leaving a Google review. She is always friendly and willing to assist with a smile. I swear that woman never has a bad day, because if she did, no one would know. I admire her candor as well. That is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful virtues a person can have, and she uses her voice for truth on a daily basis. Please give her the recognition she deserves.
