Can’t walk through the aisles because all the stock is on carts and not on the shelves. In places you can barely access there is no stock. This store needs a lot of help.

Sarah is super sweet and probably one of the friendliest workers there, store isn't always stocked but the staff is friendly and outgoing!!

Karina is one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing ringing me up. This is an honest, hard working woman who is ALWAYS busy when I come in. I have seen her just about every time I come in, on the move, putting things away, helping ring up customers, informing people of pricing, product placement, and general questions. She has literally continued to impress me every time I come in and is the only reason I am participating in the survey as well as leaving a Google review. She is always friendly and willing to assist with a smile. I swear that woman never has a bad day, because if she did, no one would know. I admire her candor as well. That is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful virtues a person can have, and she uses her voice for truth on a daily basis. Please give her the recognition she deserves.

What in the fresh hell are these employees doing with their time? It obviously doesn't go towards putting away stock or cleaning up aisles.

Dry unorganized store product on carts and not on shelves. Store is a disaster not able to get down aisles. If associates spent more time in store instead of outside smoking and gossiping about people. Hire some good associates

It is what you expect from a Dollar General the place is not nearly stocked and there often a lot of stock waiting to be put on shelves. The people who work here are very nice.

They need to hire night stockers. There are always loaded isles with stock not put away. So many that you can't take a cart down some isles.

Really bad when you have 8 people working and 7 of them outside smoking. I had to move carts and products to get what I needed. Not the first time this has happed, get a staff that wants to work as this store is a complete Disaster.

Shelves are blocked with items that need to be stocked! Makes it hard to find what you are looking for! Great customer service for the few that were working! Maybe hire a few more or pay the ones you have more to get the work done!

It was very disorganized And not very clean at all. Most of the shelves were empty witch with what little they had was just scattered all about. There were no Clerks offering any type of assistance. I had $170 worth of merchandise, as I only shop every 4 to 5 months or so. They did not once asked me if I had a coupon. As I was unloading my cart For them to scan the merchandise, I realized that a cleaning product was leaking Because it was all over my hand. When I informed The clerk of this and ask him to Please check, He just quickly stated. No nothing here. Then I asked if he had larger bags, As I had a lot of smaller items And it was getting dark and cold and beginning to snow. He smutley replied with a flat no as he continued randomly stuffing my items into small bags, without so much as an offer to even double-bag them. Keep in mind, there were no other customers and at least three other employees there at the time. Upon Taking my bags from the cart and loading them into my car , I was Forced to enter the store once again to request three more bags so that I could put all of my merchandise That had fallen out Into them , As they were already all torn up .Then upon arriving home And unloading my bags from the car, an entire large, value size bottle of Fabuloso was emptied all over many of my other items. It turns out that the lid was not loose but it was cracked. So in summing things up, My all over experience there Was not that great. I might add that my line of work Is in merchandising and customer service and in my opinion that whole place Could use a complete overhaul.( merchandise and employees, alike.) I work hard for very little money, As my wages are being garnished to pay for My husband's hospital bills, whom along with my baby, brother, was killed in an automobile wreck. And after a long hard day at work, and Having to decide whether to pay my rent or buy food, It would have been nice to be treated with some common courtesy and respect, Maybe even a kind word or two along with a smile. Simple things like that Can really make or break A person's day. Hell if I had been In their shoes rather than a mine, which I have been. / not only would I have insisted on helping To unload the cart into the automobile. I would have even offered my Helping Hand When I was freed from work, If I thought it were needed. There was a place to add photos here&had I known That I would be writing and posting this, I most certainly would have taken photos. Call me old-fashioned But today's generation just isn't What it once was.
