Lady is rude, not helpful at all asked for what mail we got about a note left in my mailbox & did not get answers. Unprofessional! Have also witnessed other customers complain about the same lady that caused a long wait line! Worst post office ever!

Of all the really dumb stuff that's happened with the mail in the 7 years I've lived in parachute.... From watching mail carriers throw my packages to today, they left W2's just on my porch. I would just like to day do better. Seriously. It's the mail, if you aren't up for the responsibility of the task find a different job. Seriously. Can we not do better??

So apparently there is a lot of negativity in regards to the postmaster that deliver in parachute and battlement mesa. I have tried multiple times to just say high and interact with the lady that delivers in my neighborhood and have had only rude and negative responses. She seems to be a very negative person in a public position. Yes we have bad days but we all have the choice to not project onto others just because we are not happy in the job. She doesn't seem to care how she is to people either it's kinda sad. I'm always willing to talk. Her rude nature I have experienced is not a very good reflection on yall as a whole.

The woman behind the counter was doing everything she possibly could to be NOT helpful. To have to take time off work to get here in the completely ridiculous hours it is open, and then to not be helped is just a slap in the face.

This post office is absolutely horrible for one. They are supposed to open at 9 o’clock leave people standing in the lobby at a quarter after just staring at them not opening the doors not to mention your mail can’t ever get delivered right you never get your packages is it really that hard for people to just do their job these days?

I went their on 01/02/23 at around 12:00 and they were not open. As guess that's what you call bankers hours. No sign, nothing telling you why their not open for business?

If I could give negative I would. it seems like they're saying all my mail is "destroyed" I can have the senders track it and it's saying once it gets to the post office they're marking it as destroyed. They've done that 3 or 4 times Id understand it happening once but really 3 or 4 times? Moved here 5 months ago from junction and have had nothing but problems with them. Starting to have my mail sent to family members instead because these people can't do their jobs. They try to blame everyone else and act like I'm lying rather than owning up to their job incompetence. Why would I lie about my mail? Like I just want my mail and it's literally their job? I don't understand why this place hates it's customers so much even though we pay their salary as tax payers.
