Honestly, some of the employees are just ok.
But this location is run like a ghetto location.
Hot drinks and coolers are maintained as a complete afterthought.
The ice tea pots are broken and although speaking with the “mangers” they just say.. “ I just made fresh” but ignore that the dispensers are broken after being told, is sad.
Then when going to pay for multiple drinks, the employee was so enthralled on her phone that she only rang up ONE drink. I was honest and motioned for her to look and see multiple. “I guess I should pay attention” was the remark.
Stocking of any drinks in the cooler is completely hit and miss.
I have been told to ask for something that was out. REALLY??
Getting coffee is hit or miss too. Creamers stuck together from leaks.. gross.
Carafes marked empty at peak hours or at any time period?
It is just maintained poorly period. It just seems dirty period as well.
The location a little further away off of Hilltop and Parker is a lot better.

This 7-11 location is a great place to start the day! The Americano machine is surprisingly good, and the 7-11 app has a coffee reward program. The 7am staff during the week is especially cheerful, friendly, and efficient during the morning rush.

Good overall but I wanted to mention how dang good the coffee area was. Various flavors and types of coffee, syrups, creamers, heck even toppers like chocolate and sprinkles?? Really cool.

Whoever is hiring the people here is doing a great job! Every person I come in contact with is super friendly and happy. They are always quick even with a long line and I will choose this gas station over the other ones close by because of that, because I know they won't be grumpy or rude to me! Keep doing what you're doing and give them all a raise! :)

The cashier lady is very disrespectful and racist and does not know how to speak to customers and I'm pretty sure I saw her stealing in the back putting something in her pocket. Owner should look into that

Needed air in my tire this morning. I have a loooong journey ahead of me. It’s 22 degrees. The machine is not working. I ask for my money back and I’m told to call the company. Not impressed with the customer service in this store. The gal complains that she’s tried to tape an “out of order” sign five times. So here are some ideas. Duct tape over both payment slots. An out of order sign taped on all sides covering the digital printout. Oh, and also call the company yourselves to get it repaired. Hope this helps.

This is my emergency bathroom red bull stop! Lol.. I've always had good experience with the staff, they seem to be really friendly and respectful to their customers. The bathrooms are always pretty clean, especially considering how many people go through there. Not to mention the gas prices are always consistently cheaper at this location. At the height of covid I paid 1$ a gallon!!!! Thanks again my 7-Eleven store!!!
