Very rude and zero customer service. I've been getting gas and my lottery ticket there for awhile. I wanted power play and double play and the cashier prints out the ticket before I even finish telling him what I want. He then states that I have to buy that ticket and he can't cancel it. I said no and walked out. I am giving my business to someone who cares about their customers.

love the employees every time i'm done with hockey practice i come here my dad gets nachos and opens them to pour the cheese on and most places get mad at it but this place never had a problem they are always nice never have attitude plus the guy with black painted nails can do some cool tricks with when taking cards

Extremely rude employees! Soda fountain wasn’t working properly and instead of addressing the issue they just said “it’s fine except for the coke. Get something else”. Ok. I will from somewhere else. No wonder so many 711’s are closing. Hope this one does

Jesse provided the best customer service of any gas station I’ve ever been to, hands down. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent customer service far beyond what was needed. His attitude and professionalism is top notch.

Pretty disgusting. Needs to be cleaned. I went in today trying to use to atm and I couldn’t even because the buttons all had residue on them. Waste of time.

This location advertises a special any sized iced coffee for $1.29 when using the app yet every time I buy it, which is daily, I have to argue with the clerk that it’s $1.29 and not full price. Yesterday they tried to charge me $1.60 and say the additional $.31 was tax and I had to explain that there is no way Douglas County charges that much tax. I know it may sound petty but it’s these excuses go on and on and it’s a daily thing. Today I had to bring them the actual sign with the promotion on it to the register to show them. They did honor the deal but threw the sign away and said it would be a new price tomorrow.

Wouldn't take debit or credit card. Nice. That's how you get or keep customers. That doesn't even make sense. Fix your broken machines?

Carwash is a rip off. Spent more money and received the basic wash with no drying. Either out of soap or broken and dryers don't have any power. They shouldn't allow payment for premium wash options if basic is the only thing functioning. What a Gyp!

**Check the expiration dates!!!** I stopped here to get snacks for myself and my kids before we drove home which was not close. When we got home we opened our snacks to realize that most of the things were expired and rock hard. The gas station is way too far for me to go back and even if I could I realized that I was never given a receipt or even offered one. I then tried to Google the store to get the phone number so I could call them but none of the phone numbers that are listed work. After reading the reviews it seems that it is common for this gas station to sell expired and spoiled things. I am disappointed and frustrated and so are my kids who didnt get snacks that night because we had to throw them all away.

Worst customer service with an unbelievably rude cashier. There are plenty of other 7-Elevens and convenience stores around to never give my business to this place again.

I stopped here at 10pm on a Saturday night. I filled gas and bought product in the store. I asked to use the restroom but was told it was locked up until 6am the next day. If I'm a paying customer I should have access to the restroom. Cleaning the restroom is part of doing business.

Currently @ the store. The woman working was on her personal phone while dealing with me. I needed to use my ebt card for part of the purchase and my other card for the rest. She said she wasn’t going to put a certain amount on my card, and looked at my wallet and said “Just use your cash”. Like girl obviously if I wanted to do that I would. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but she REALLY isn’t good at her job
