Hands down the best body shop I've ever been to. The most professional, friendly, honest and by far did the best work. I took my last Colorado to their competitor and found parts weren't attached right or seemed to be off and I thought it was because of the accident. When I saw how well Caliber Collision fixed my new Colorado, I knew the last body shop was just not good. I was able to meet the people that did the work and they are all intelligent, well-spoken people. I would trust them to do anything on my truck.

My experience with Jeremy Padilla at Caliber Collision was one of the best experiences I could of had. I had bought a new RX350-Lexus, only 20 days old. I had a run in with a🦌 that demolished my new car. I was so heartbroken. Jeremy handled the car from day one. The first thing he said was don’t worry we will make your car look like it did the day you drove out of the dealership.
Jeremy and his team absolutely delivered on his promise. What felt like a nightmare became a blessing. His communication was on point he updated me every step of the way. He handled all the calls with the insurance. All I had todo was pay my deductible.
Their is only one driver in my home they delivered my car to me. Everyone was very professional. My experience was seamless. I could of taken my car to any Caliber Collision, Jeremy came as a referral because of his expertise to detail and being a perfectionist. Thank you again for taking care of Ms. Pearl.❤️🙏🏽😁

Caliber Collision was amazing! They updated me regularly about the status of my repairs, and my car was ready earlier than expected. My car was clean inside and outside, and the whole process was so easy. I absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Great experience at this shop. Brenda was my rep and kept me up to date the whole way. It was a tricky job but they did great work. They also found out that the previous company that did my windshield repair did not perform it correctly. They replaced it to spec.

I appreciated Travis being so friendly and giving me constant updates and answered any questions I had at any time. The car looked very clean inside and out and the repairs looked great and brand new! They also finished earlier than was expected.

Service was quicker than they estimated and their employee Travis kept me updated about my car almost every day! I had no issues that needed me to take my car back and it was perfectly fixed in less than two weeks. I’d recommend anyone to get their car fixed here.

Very unhappy. Was ignored the entire step of the way, lied to, and shop failed to do what was asked of them completely.
Repairs done were good however the inspection requested multiple times was failed to be done and when i arived at a shop immediately following leaving this place the issue i knew was wrong was wrong.

Excellent experience. After my car was damaged in a hit and run accident, my insurance company asked me to work with their preferred shop, Caliber Collision. I was immediately contacted and scheduled for an assessment appointment.
Brenda and her team were wonderful and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I like that they have a partnership with the rental car company. It was super easy. Drop off my car and get into rental car. Reverse the process when picking up.
The quality of the repair was excellent. It looks brand new.
I highly recommend this shop for autobody repairs.
