Store Manager James C. needs retraining and evaluation of skills. Told me to reach into where a part in the freezer was "warm" to show defrost is working, literally burned my fingertip touching briefly. He had gloves on so of course it wasn't the same! Experienced professionals should know this kind of thing is unsafe and not even ask someone to "stick their hand in there".Immediately asked for DM info and couldn't obtain phone number/email for Gerald W. (DM) above this person. 0/5 stars if I could after that experience, & they're lucky its only a surface burn and not a more serious injury requiring ER care.

Great service. LG dishwasher drain pump failed. Gave them a call and they looked up the part for me. Had it in stock and avail the same day. Pricing was similar to the online shops that would of had me wait a few days for delivery.I was able to get my dishwasher up and running in no time.

I bought a fridge and scheduled a delivery for a window of 8a-10am... the fridge didn't show up until 5 pm. The worst part of this was Ugene. When calling for more information, he yelled at me over the phone saying that the delayed delivery was not his problem, he didn't feel like he should compensate anything and that the managers information was none of my business. Thank goodness Zach, the store manager, was onsite! He was able to understand and handle our situation in such a professional manner - if it wasn't for him, we would have asked for a full refund.

Exceptional customer service from Devon B. Over the past month have interfaced with Devon three times. Words I use to describe him - personal, attentive, great listener, knows his products, sets one at ease very quickly and gets the job done professionally and expeditiously.Best advice I can give management is - "Don't let him get away!!!"

My first time getting a fridge part; walked into show room, 4 sales staff minimally interested in helping me. One said “go through that back door to parts” - no attempt to tell me WHICH doorI found parts dept and Devon was THE most helpful ever. Gave me an equivalent part, promising to order our specific brand . Can’t say enough good things about this helpful and polite young man— GIVE HIM A RAISE

I greatly appreciate the wonderful service that I have received at Appliance Factory Parts! After my oven stopped working, I determined that one of the fuses had blown. The folks at Appliance Factory Parts had the necessary fuse in stock... and not only that, they looked at the frequently ordered parts for my oven model to help identify the potential reason for the fuse blowing in the first place! This is just one from a handful of interactions with them that have helped me get my appliances back up and running without needing to pay for a new appliance or a service call.

I would give a 0 if possible. They ordered the wrong part. They refused to take it back. I had to prove to them it was the wrong part. They ordered me the correct part, but charged me postage and handling so the item came to over $400. More than double what it would have cost if I had ordered it from Thermador.
