I needed a part for a Samsung Oven. James at the Parker Store was very helpful in identifying the correct part and they had it in stock! When picking up the part, James was helpful in advising how to avoid having the same issue causing the need to replace the part in the future.

Not sure how a great Manager, engaging and fun sales floor folks experience can be ruined with more damaged goods just between warehouse and delivery. Buying dinged up appliances is a value saved proposition, but when you accept that and buy it as such, and have it delivered and it's banged up even more... after waiting a 4-5 days for delivery... having to turn around and reject delivery because of that, add another 5 days of wait is simply frustrating. No sorry, apologies, or discount is enough having to be without a fridge for 10 days. I do not understand how a same day delivery is not core part of the business... even as customers pay for it. But some more simple things has to with walking through the house with snow drenched shoes... I get it if you are carrying the Fridge at least... But some booty covers, or some nylon carpet protection should be a $0.1 worth of common sense customer care. Find out root cause of additional damage... C'mon, help your own business out.

First, we have ordered from this store before having replaced all our kitchen appliances without issue. Without that experience this rating would be a 1 (as of this moment). We ordered over $8,000 of appliances - microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. They were all to be delivered today. The installer (he gets a 5 star) shows up and he has the microwave and the dishwasher. My thought was the other items required two individuals and another truck would bring those later in the day. The installer removes our old microwave and dishwasher and installs the dishwasher, and unboxes the microwave. It is at that point he calls me into the kitchen. He asks if we ordered a white microwave, the response -"no, everything was to be in stainless steel". His response..."well, it is a white microwave, but - more bad news - the new dishwasher leaks and cannot be installed." He let me know that he would have to take the old appliances out, was very apologetic, and asked that I call the store. So, I call the store, discuss the issue on the microwave and dishwasher and have it explained that as soon as the installer completes the required paperwork, they can get the appliances replaced, in three days. No real apology...no "we are sorry and we will take care of this as soon as it is possible". I then ask about the refrigerator (which has been emptied in anticipation of it being replaced) and the washer and dryer. The response - your salesman made an error and did not get it scheduled for delivery. The emphasis was again, salesman made a mistake, he will have to correct it....and no real apology or any ownership (from a store, or we are part of a team and we work together and accept accountability for the error)......just time and time again, your salesman made an error (and he is going to have to fall on the sword type of an attitude from the individual on the phone). So, as of now...just two holes in our kitchen, an empty refrigerator that is going to have to be refilled...and then emptied again sometime (sometime) in the future. Not what I expected today, nor the service expected, nor the customer service experience when having a problem. This would be a no star rating if not for the prior service.

Just bought our new refrigerator. We had 5 star customer service at the Parker store from Brent Cassidy. Great sales person. Righted anything in a speedy manner that was brought to his attention. Ask for Brent.

I was referred to another fancy appliance store. However, I have worked with Adam for several years. Adam not only beat the other competitor's pricing on the appliances but the delivery cost was also lower!

Fantastic service throughout the process, from purchase to delivery. Sales staff, Robert, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Delivery was very quick after purchase, although the pedestals were back ordered. Delivery staff, Fabian and crew, were on time, friendly and professional. Extremely happy with our purchase. I can highly recommend Appliance Factory.
