WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I upgraded four lines and Jordan mess up my account from $287 to $467 he promised me 2 weeks ago that he we would be taking care of this huge mistake he created even he gaveme his number and he has not call me once and I call at the store several times and leave message with employees has not return my calls that is very disrespectful and not professional.

I have been with ATT for many years. What keeps me coming back is the service I receive from people like Bryan Rubin, the store manager at ATT. Bryan was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable in helping me solve my problem. Keep up the great work!

On the phone I was told I can walk into a store and exchange a phone when I was sent the wrong one. Then when I go to the store they can't. Horrible customer service. At that point you are just lying to your customers, not a great to do business.

Great experience at the store today! We were greeted promptly with no wait time. Jordan was great helping me purchase a new phone and get it transferred from the old. He also went above and beyond helping me with parental controls for my daughter’s phone. Bryan was also great! They both seemed very knowledgeable on just about every product in the store! Thanks guys. We will be back.

Bryan was the best store manager anyone could ask for! He helped myself go onto a phone plan with no hassle and made the process an enjoyable time! He had such a good attitude and loved that he was happy to be there!

My husband and I were in about a week ago and Timothy was awesome! He got my husband fixed up quickly and was very professional. This was the first time my husband switched phone carriers in 10 years, so it was a great first experience with ATT. There was another young man in the store that was dealing with an awful, horribly rude woman, actually she was a total Karen. I was surprised at how well that young man carried himself, he will do well in life. Great staff, the service is excellent (and we live in Elbert country), and you can't beat the deals on the service. Great job AT&T! Oh, my husband did a survey on Timothy and selected 1 instead of 5, accidentally giving Timothy a bad review. We tried to fix it but couldn't, sorry about that!!!

Bryan is the man. My wife and I went into trade our phones in for a new iPhone and a new Samsung and Brian made the process really easy for us. We almost left AT&T prior to this experience from a bad experience we had at another branch, but now we will be staying with AT&T and going to this store anytime we need something.
