Levi and the store manager who was on staff today was absolutely phenomenal after the difficulty that Levi and I had to activate my new iPhone 16. This store is a phenomenal store and I highly recommend them coming to the store to get a new phone if that’s what you need.

After getting a line switched to a new account and upgrading to a new phone, I would recommend this location!
While the process was not easy or simple, Anthony went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly. He was patient, transparent and empathetic throughout my experience.
After a significant amount of time in the store, even the squeaky chairs couldn’t bring down my 5-star experience.

This was the worst service I've ever received, my mom went in twice and we waited for two hours and they did nothing to help. They discriminated against my mom who is an elderly woman with limited understanding of the service, they lied and said they couldn't help. We went to the Lone Tree store and John, with the click of a button fixed my mom's issue.
We could see how he quickly helped other younger people and offered them service while they had us wait in a corner for an hour, the other hour was spent waiting on the phone with Customer Service which was not his fault, but I will fault him for the poor professionalism and what we felt was discrimination and lack of patience towards the elderly. Oh but you better believe it that he took less than a minute to take my mom's payment. What a disgrace Parker location should be closed down.

Met with Seth at the Parker store and had a great experience! Seth was very knowledgeable and explained everything so we could understand clearly what we were getting!!! Happy with our two new phones and lower payment!

I had to go to an ATT store to have my replacement phone activated. Only a Manager could help me because my old phone was stolen. He was very helpful in assisting me. He was able to take care of activating my phone in less than 5 minutes. If you want great service …. Go see Levi at the ATT store on Parker and Lincoln.

Was ordered the wrong phone. Went in today and Levi was amazing in getting the correct phone ordered and my old phone turned back on while waiting again for the new phone to show up. Thank you so very much.
