Rehan did an excellent job communicating about the vehicle I was interested in. I live over an hour from the dealership so it was very important that I get as much info as possible before making the trip. Rehan provided pictures, video, and was attentive to my questions. We were able to sort out the numbers early, sort out trade details, and be prepared to finalize when I made it to the dealership. Without even asking, Rehan was ready and willing for an extended test drive. I was going from a 2024 ZR2 Colorado that I bought brand new to a 2022 used F150, so it was imperative that I get a really good feel for the truck.
Branch manager Paul was very supportive of the process and we had a great talk about the Colorado ZR2 and in general how great that generation is.
Trey in finance made the process nice and easy and was understanding when I declined the extra warranty coverage.
Assuming the truck is in the condition it should be (only had for a few days so still settling in) I am very happy with the process and experience at Auto Mart in Parker and working with Rehan / team.

My daughter bought a car from there about a month ago. Trey was helping her didn’t have her sign the final paperwork and the numbers for financing we’re off because the credit wise numbers that their system was pulling or not the credit wise numbers that she actually had on her credit report we went back because my other daughter was going to purchase a car and we met up with Paul we sat in the office and discussed different options and he was very informative and helpful. This was just before Thanksgiving when they were going to have all of the paperwork put together on my daughter’s Account that had purchased a car and they were going to see what they could do about re-running her actual numbers instead of the ones that their system was pulling it is now been three weeks. She’s not gotten a phone call or any follow up from PAUL or Trey so her payments are still the same and having had the car for a month now the check engine light came on this morning. I’m not sure how a new car can have the check engine light come on, but I’m sure when she goes back. They’re gonna charge her to take a look at it. There were some points of this experience that we’re good and some that were just not as great the follow up is the most important and that’s where they lack. It took two hours when we did get there to get anything taken care of and everybody was kind of lollygagging back-and-forth and kind of doing what they wanted to do. If you’re looking for a car definitely shop around there are different dealerships around the area and see which one would be a fit for you if you like, paying more for a car and having no follow up and paperwork, not signed then this might be the dealership for you if you would like a more professional experience where people will actually follow up with you and you don’t have to call them when they said they call you then definitely shop around Very disappointed with this location and the fact that my daughter now has to make car payments for the next few years to pay it off and she was also told by the owner that he was losing money by selling her the car 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location, hoping they can turn it around but it would be Tragic that it took a review to get anybody to respond. Customer service is the most important and trust when people are purchasing, all of which have been blown out the water by the lack of follow-through and professionalism, and making sure that this deal was done properly.

I bought a car from them. They pulled the wrong FICO score and gave me an awful rate. Spoke with Paul and showed him my score he agreed I got a bad rate and should get a better run. I haven’t received all calls or texts back and made multiple attempts. I’ve had my car for 2 weeks and now the check engine light is on.
I am pissed don’t buy a car from here the dealership with a heart yeah because they rip yours out.
