Unbelievable. 1st guy had no idea what an oil drain plug gasket was. He said he never heard of one. 2nd guy did not know what a trim tool was. Instead of looking on the computer to see what it was and if they had one, he simply Googled it on his phone to see what it looks like, then went to the shelf to see if he saw anything that looked like the picture. Where do you find these people?

Just had a great experience here tonight! I wish I had thought to ask for our associate's name but I forgot. He took extra time to help us sort out an issue with our battery which wound up being an easy fix, didn't need a new battery yet. Will definitely be back here when we need one! ?

me and my buddy were repairing a rubber bracket that keeps a high pressure power steering line stable during driving. when we got to the store to try and get a new bracket they did not have one in stock. we were helped by Randy and as a compromise he helped us repair the bracket with a previously returned rubber glue that ended up sealing and repairing the bracket quickly and effectively, and free of charge. Randy's customer service was beyond excellent while helping us through this and his hospitality is something to be rewarded for. I will be returning to this store in the future.

I buy in 2019 a new battery with five years warranty I just went and to replace my battery and they don’t wanna replace it they wanna give it to me $40 credit saying, the AutoZone changed the policy and I asked to show me and Taylor is the manager don’t know how to find the new policy and I asked for his ID number and he refused to give it to me and he’s really rude and not help at all , I request his full name and corp number he refused to provide

This would be one star if not for Ian.The guy at the counter was rude and told me they didn’t have enough staff to replace my battery because “someone called out”Seemed a little bitter that someone called out. When I talked to Ian, he told me there’s currently 3 adults in the store… 2 of which are managers.So, why can’t you replace a battery? Because you don’t want to.Unbelievable. I’ll never be back.

Lovely employees that helped get the battery I needed and install it for me. They know what they're doing and don't make you feel dumb if asking questions. Bunch of good guys for any help you need.And at least 1 of the employees speaks Spanish! So awesome if you normally have that language barrier at an auto store!

worst autozone i’ve ever been to. The staff is no help at all and treats women like they are stupid. i bought $400 worth of parts and they gave me ALL the wrong parts. Didn’t offer to help check if they were the right sizes and didn’t offer to help carry 4 rotors out to my car meanwhile a customer behind me asked if i needed help while the worker just stood there and looked at us. Never will i return to this location ever again. i give this store 0 stars. A complete waste of my time.

Bought 4 calipers and had my wife return 4 cores. They gave her credit for 1 and she was too trusting to check the receipt. Called and they told me to go to a random Autozone and beg for my money back even though I have the receipts and the receipt showing only 1 core returned to this particular store.After reaching out to the customer reviews email below, the store manager contacted me this morning and immediately processed my core returns. Thank you sir.
