The bagel stop just seems to be getting worse in regards to service. I was in today just before noon and there were NO bagels... NONE! The crew would laugh at customers who left because they didn't have any bagles and make ugly comments. Not a good look for other customers in your dining area. And what does it say when your employees an/or employees friends hanging out behind the counter are using language that shouldn't be used in a business setting for your customers to hear. The food we ordered was still good but dang, the service is bad!!

The theme of this place puts you instantly at easy. You can't help but walk a little slower.Once you've ordered and you're sipping on their great coffee, your mind wanders and you end up halfway through finding all the pieces to a 500-piece dragon puzzle. Then it's time to eat the BEST BAGELS EVER!!! They are the perfect density and come in so many good flavours.I've used the spot as a place to work in the mornings with their free WiFi and cute decor. Makes the day so much better.

You gotta love when the staff gets mad for not tipping. You realize you are just checking people out at the register. Tipping is for service. Not doing your job. We have been coming her for 16 years. Today was the last. You might educate your staff on what tipping is for. We are not here to supplement the employers employee fees. The quality of the bagel sandwiches has dropped off significantly. So sad

Their flavored cream cheese is great! Their bagels are fine. There's not enough of a skin on the outside and the chew is more like bread than a bagel. They are good but not outstanding, though probably some of the best you can find in Parker. I do like being able to get day-old bagels for a reduced price. If you're expecting NYC quality, you'll be disappointed, but it's better than anything else I've found in the area.I like that there's a drive thru.

Order placed for pickup (3 bagels w cream cheese) wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the selected time. Staff seemed lost even tho it wasn't very busy.We were given obviously stale, day old bagels, hopefully not on purpose, and they didn't even have the correct cream cheese. Literally everything about this visit was bad, and I've been coming here for years and years. Won't be back.

Got the chicken salad sandwich today paid $17 for it and it's basically unseasoned canned shredded chicken in mayo on a tiny croissant. Unless you're getting a bagel don't come here. I love that it's family owned, but these prices for the quality are out of control. For $17 I would expect something a bit better than a flavorless chicken salad

Small businesses tend to get my money and this is my fourth time here. Service seems to be on a decline over the last year and the wait times are becoming unrealistic for anything other than a lazy Sunday morning. I also hate trying to get the attention of an employee wearing a single ear bud.
