Needed to make a quick business deposit, 1 check. Came in a 9:00am. Waited on a teller who was the only person in the bank able to deposit my check. One customer in front of me. 20 minutes later, still haven’t been helped. Left and got coffee (12 minutes) and came back. Teller still tied up with same customer. Many other people standing around. 10:00am, and I have still not been helped. Glad my 7.2 billion dollar business is not run this poorly.

Unexperienced staff who thinks they know everything. They need to learn they get paid salary because we customer deposit money in their account.

BoA customer for 48 years. Gold preferred for what it’s worth. Such horrible customer service I closed my account recently. Tried calling and emailed Kevin Rose whom I was told is the regional manager. Thought he might want to fix this problem for others. No response from him in 10 days. Confirmed my decision to leave this bank. Too big to care.
Wanted to edit this post. Still not happy with BoA but turns out Kevin was on vacation the entire time and NOT his fault for not responding. He called today to follow up and I appreciated his call.

Worst experience at a BofA. Waited in the front lobby for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment aside from one young woman who seemed completely frazzled. She said someone would help me but no one ever came. This was at 9:05am (bank opens at 9am) and there was one other customer in an office already being helped.
Completely outside the norm for a BofA but looking at other reviews, shouldn’t have been surprised at this branch.
Ended up leaving and going to another location.

If you’d like to have some WRONG information given to you by a person who acts very snooty and like she knows everything go see Robyn, the branch manager. My god what a useless clueless person who feels the need to interject herself into everything. We’ve been in there three times and were given information by her that was quickly proven wrong by the branch up the street on Arapahoe. BoA please do better to train this manager.

We went into this bank to try to find out how to handle a check made out to our son from his employer. You see, he died almost 2 months ago, and he didn't have much. This $1900 dollar check is all he had. So we contacted some online attorneys, and they said no probate required, no courts required just fill out this form and get it notarized we should just be able to cash the check CO state law does not require all the red tape for such a small amount, so we did. When we went here, the bank manager was so extremely rude. She would not even look at the form she would not hear us at all. In fact laughed outloud in front of other employees at us, after telling her we had lost our son. Now, maybe she is right, maybe she can't cash the check, but explain it to us, how it works what we need to do. No. She ignored us and laughed in our face. Solely the most horrible place I have ever been. Bank of America is run by the Devil, Lucifer himself. What a horrible place. Her name is Robin Niles and she is pure evil. After going to a major bank, that the check is drawn on, we still don't know what to do. No thank you Bank of America. What a pitiful life Robin must have, to treat people this way. If I could only give negative stars.

We went in to the BOA in Parker Colorado and Mike Perret helped us activate our card and a follow up issue, literally with 5 minutes to closing. He went above and beyond and called a conference so we could get our cards sorted and activated so we could fly out the country without any problems. Mike was so efficient and helpful, we couldn’t have done it without his help.

Awful. Just awful. Poor service. I have been a Bank of America Customer for ten years. Thank you for convincing me finally to switch and find something better. Customer service wasn’t the best either from the management. If you’re looking for a place to invest your money… anywhere, anywhere else. Taking my business elsewhere after a decade of loyalty and so should you.

We gave BOA a chance with our medical practice and let me tell you, I have NEVER experienced such deceit and lies and poor customer service from not only cephues but ericka (who is constantly in sales mode and very combative) even when trying to close our accounts we were met with excuses from customer service and the local branch of not giving us our money back and being able to close. If I didn't think it would be a waste of time I would be calling our legal team. BEWARE of this bank
