Been having a lot of issues with credit cards due to the new service and it being very frustrating went in to talk to someone and got mark. Mark was fantastic despite not being able to resolve the issue him self he walk me through everything and spoke to the card services. Not happy about bellco and the automatic teller system phone line but mark was fantastic and genuinely pleasant to be around

Truly terrible experience. So pleased I’ve stopped using this bank. Stupid clerical nonsense cost me a custom motorcycle. Hold your money anywhere else, these folks are amateurs.

Enter if you dare.This location purports to be a CU service center. The goal of a CU service center is to be able to interact with your accounts as though you are at your home credit union. Apparently this branch has a policy of only allowing withdrawals of $500 for non bellco members. This defeats the whole purpose of being a CU service center because you could pull the same amount from an ATM. Also not a great idea when a new customer walks in the door to throw policy in their face: How likely am I to move an account when the first experience I have with you is negative? 0%.I didn't appreciate the smug attitude when walking in and found the staff here to be too keen on throwing b******* policy in your face instead of working on problems. I'd suggest anyone looking for a credit union membership to try another one as this one is simply crap.

ridiculous wait times on phone 45 min for customer service .. tellers are usually verynice..nice. new manager Amanda was extremely condescending when asked a question about title to car that i was told would be mailed to me from bellco that i had a loan fom there that i paid off.I have been a long time cusomer

Nasty business with changing rules. Every time you come in, it's a different policy depending on who you talk to and where you go.With bellco, you just have to shop the right crook at the counter to fit your transaction ?I really think crypto could out perform all these ridiculous banks. El Salvador alone saves 6 hundred billion a year in bank transfer fees because they use bitcoin for their currency.

Opened my account with Nick, the branch manager. A few problems at first, which were taken care of immediately. To say Nick went above and beyond helping me is an understatement. He made sure every issue I had was solved quickly. I definitely recommend this bank and branch for your banking services.

Only bank I've dealt with that charges non-customers to cash checks issued by them. Their own tellers don't even bank here. Awful service and a bad way to entice people to open an account. I'd never do business here if I didn't have to.

If you're looking for a bank this is my choice. Every time I go in here the tellers make me smile. They are so friendly and remember my name. Terrance the manager is the reason I choose to switch to Bellco. I don't see him every time but he always has time if I have a question and has gladly filled my request when no other bank would. I get the same great service every time I bank here. The lines are usually super short. And they have a change machine in the lobby. Customer services is not dead. It's thriving here. As with most things in life now. If you put good out. Good comes back to you. Don't let a few negative comments form your opinion. Make your own opinion.

So nice to walk into a bank with tellers and bankers to help and answer questions. Seems like customer service is a thing of the past in many places but so happy Bellco has not forgotten that relationships matter. We switched from our 20 year bank because all of their customer service was a phone based.

I have been a member of a saving account here for about 3 years. Knowing it is time to move money from the big banks I thought nothing of bringing my income and savings to Bellco. I work 65 + hours a week so getting into a branch is impossible without missing or being late to work. So making an appointment for a Saturday was my only option to quickly open a new account on an existing membership. I left the branch in Parker on November 20th without a receipt for a cash deposit, any documentation of the product Boost checking account of which I was not offered any free checking account alternative, no fee schedule and no debit card. Today is day 16 without a debit card to pay bills, buy gas or shop for gifts as the holidays are here. In this time I have received two duplicate notices of change of address and one end of month statement. As there are very few ATM locations this decision has been a huge hassle as my ATM card is only attached to my savings account and the daily limit is low. Seriously considering other options at this point.

This branch used to be so great at customer service. The latest management change has turned it into the perfect impersonal bank that others have become. Looking for another bank as this is just not going to cut it. So sad as I have been with Bellco for decades.
