There was a little problem at the beginning when I was trying to get a hold of somebody in the building when to rent a space. Other than that this is a well managed facility. I would rent a space again.

The manger, Brian, is wonderful - personable, knowledgeable, and very nice. This facility is extremely clean with a great layout and is an easily accessible location. I have used many many storage facilities over the years, this is by far the best.

Brian has made this process a dream, he’s so clear and helpful and had everything I needed to get this process started. The facility is clean, easy to navigate, and super secure. Happy to have my belongings so close to home and somewhere I feel safe.

This is the first time we’ve used a storage facility and these guys have done a great job. The facility is always clean, well maintained and security cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also very good. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One thing to be aware of, is their pricing structure is such that as their occupancy rate goes up, so will your monthly rent. That may be the way all storage facilities operate and if so, I’d highly recommend these guys.

Brian and his team are incredibly helpful and great to work with. The site is clean and comfortable with great restrooms! Rent here if you’re in Parker and surrounding areas.

I was surprised how good and well maintained this facility is , I’ve been renting storages for a while but when I’ve decided to change for this location wow , clean and comfortable Stuff is always helpful and communicative with any questions.
Storage units are clean and well maintained as well.
I’m satisfied with renting here and I would love to give more stars for it if that would be possible!
