This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible.
I was left very satisfied.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.

Came in with a couple burnt out lightbulbs and Trenton and Nick were more than willing to help out for a super good price while being extremely nice and personable and getting it done super fast! 10/10 will visit again!

This was my first time at this Brakes Plus location. I had excellent and very friendly service from Adam. And the service manager, Nick, worked on my car, explained everything to me and I did not feel taken advantage of. He took care of a problem that was caused by a different Brakes Plus store and I left there feeling like I will definitely go back there. Both Adam and nick were very nice and personable.
