Our Honda pilot had a tricky lightbulb in the headlight that we couldn’t get free. We took it to Brakes Plus because they’ve always been honest with us. Jaz replaced the headlight bulb for free and had it back to us within 20 minutes.

Jaz was amazing. She took me back in the shop to show me what exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, so I had an honest understanding of what needed to be done to fix it. This transparency is huge for me trusting this business and the work they do, and I felt my car was in good hands. She also explained all the charges to me, and showed great patience in helping me and answering all my questions.

I went in today because my car was beeping and overall had me very stressed out .and I left with my oil filled and a few other services free of charge .The people here were super sweet and got to the bottom of the issue when I didn’t have a lot of information about what was wrong to begin with. they still helped me out In a very short amount of time and explained to me how to prevent the issue in the future 10 out of 10 recommend
